I never once felt like I was being "sold" a car, I felt like my fiancee and I were being invited into a family/friendship. The car was amazing, don't get me wrong, the quality of the BMW is also second to none. However, they sell BMW's all over the place. I have purchased many cars and this customer service experience was unlike any other. By the way we were treated, you would have thought we were long time friends. I felt that we were developing a relationship, which I can honestly say, I will never work with another car salesman again. Well, unless Brad finds a new job. I am so impressed with the entire dealer, I will be a BMW driver for life. I wouldn't only recommend him, I would say to make sure to talk to him before you actually purchase another vehicle. More
