Excellant Experience I called the service center around 1 PM on Wednesday explaining a metel on metal scraping noise. Disappointed I was told my car would be ready at 5:00 pm. That was at 1:00 pm. My husband got a ride to pick it up. He was told “your car is still in pieces”. Than I was told my car would be ready at 5:00 pm. That was at 1:00 pm. My husband got a ride to pick it up. He was told “your car is still in pieces”. Thankfully he was given a loaner. It was three more days until the car was ready and it wasn’t even fixed. We will not be returning. More

This time it was busier than usual as I understand the department was one man down recovering from surgery, but Dana kept it moving with help from rest of staff, got the loaner set up, communicated by text and email and phone to keep me up to date. The light went back on after replacement of heat exchange sensor and rear brakes, but I blame that on our crazy weather lately. I will check back with service to see if I need further evaluation.
