I have used Murray Motors as my BMW service center since moving to Colorado in 2005. For most of that time Billy Lindauer has been my primary service advisor and I have been extremely satisfied with the cus moving to Colorado in 2005. For most of that time Billy Lindauer has been my primary service advisor and I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service he provides and the quality of the work performed by the techs. Billy makes scheduling service appointmetns easy and he always arranges a BMW loaner for me. If I don't reach him when I call, he returns my calls promptly. He takes a personal interest in his customers, getting to know them and their vehicles, which enables him to give appropriate guidance to the techs to enable repairs to be completed more efficiently. I also purchased the X5 I am currently driving from Murray and that was a good experience too. More

We bought an X5 diesel at Murray and have been completely impressed by every part of our experience. First impressions were fantastic - as we were greeted warmly at the door and introduced to our sales agen impressed by every part of our experience. First impressions were fantastic - as we were greeted warmly at the door and introduced to our sales agent, John Armstrong upon our walking into the showroom. John was incredibly helpful and throughout the entire transaction was an outstanding resource. His knowledge and demeanor were exemplary - he is a true professional. We ordered the car and it arrived 34 days after ordering. Because of my hectic work and travel schedule we actually took delivery of the car on the Saturday evening (around 5 pm) of President's Day weekend. John remained with us for 2 hours after closing to ensure that we knew how to operate the radio, navigation system, and all components of the car. Clearly, this act was above and beyond his normal hours and we greatly appreciated his considering my schedule and passion to get my hands on our car. We have had our X5 diesel for 5 months and it is a winner! It handles superbly - it is a blast to drive - yet it is comfortable and roomy. I am currently averaging 21.2 MPG in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. I would highly recommend this car - it has exceeded my high expectations for performance (this is our first BMW). When we need to consider another car (I expect the present vehicle to run for at least 150,000 miles easily), we will definitely return to Murray. This is the 4th BMW that we have leased/purchased over the years. We have gone to another dealer in the past, but because of personnel changes and the fact they moved to another location so very far away the years. We have gone to another dealer in the past, but because of personnel changes and the fact they moved to another location so very far away, we decided to go to Murray. We were treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism by everyone at the dealership. We had a lease return and the whole process was unbelievably quick and easy. It only took about 10 minutes and our salesperson, David Paul, waited for us and gave us a ride back to the Used Car side. We had done some research on-line prior to visiting and had selected a couple of units. David drove us over to their prep center to show us one of the X3's that we wanted to look at. Needless to say, we fell in love with it and ended up purchasing it. The unit was detailed and went through the certified pre-owned program and then David delivered it to us! Talk about customer service!! We did have to bring it back for a couple of minor issues and the Service Techs were great. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday and had a technician immediately address the issues and they were resolved within a couple of hours and we were on our way, just so that we could make it to a prior family committment. We would highly recommend David Paul as a salesperson. I have never met a more dedicated, compassionate, friendly and energetic salesperson. He truly understands the importance of customer service and he will go out of his way to take care of his customers. By the time we were completely through with the transaction, we felt like we were part of the family and we have developed a friendship. He was very responsive to our phone calls and questions, even answering one call on his day off!! He definitely gets it!!
