We bought a used car and after we left dealership we found out there are some issues with the car that made us uncomfortable and we felt unsafe driving the vehicle. Next day we shared our concerns with the dealership, they carefully listened and provided an immediate solution. We returned the car and picked another car from the inventory, Rob and Nick were super helpful and made sure the experience was as smooth as possible. Although the initial car did not work out I trust BMW of Freehold, they stand by their cars, they went above and beyond and we left the dealership extremely satisfied. Thank you Nick, Rob, James and Michael for handling our case professionally and showing customer satisfaction is your top priority. We will be a returning customer. More

I was presented with 3% APR when I signed the contract but got 4.99% during the delivery. The reason given to me was he doesn't know what was present before and the person doesn't work in BMW. I didn't get the full 1000$ BMW credit for whatever reason. Another reason to hate sales haggling More
