We live in Savannah and found a used car at Gwinnett we loved. Didn’t want to drive 4.5 hours to test drive and then sit at a dealer for hours negotiating. There were a couple small paint touch ups he didn’t hide. We decided to buy it. Credit ran, and price negotiated via phone and downpayment paid remotely. This was my first time working with this advisor and Tony did a great job. One with fixing the issue with my Apple CarPlay. He fixed the issue hands on in my car the day of service and BMW Assist over the ph did a great job. One with fixing the issue with my Apple CarPlay. I got to the dealership early and they accepted my X7 with minimum effort. The lady in the waiting erea asked and prepared a cup of coffee exactly to my liking.
