When I called my service advisor Vincent, he took great urgency in scheduling me in for service appointment, get me a loaner, and provide updates o When I called my service advisor Vincent, he took great urgency in scheduling me in for service appointment, get me a loaner, and provide updates on the outcome of their diagnostics and services they are planning to perform. My car was fixed the next day, washed clean and ready for me to pick up. Overall, this was my best experience since I started to have my car serviced there more than a year ago.
