If only the parts department would answer a phone call, I would be able to get my new key for my car. I can't drive the car and the key was apparently supposed to be in last week. Business is designed to overcharge you and rip you off! I brought in my 3 year old BMW for an inspection which cost about $250. They recommended a battery change for $800. When I got my car back, there was I brought in my 3 year old BMW for an inspection which cost about $250. They recommended a battery change for $800. When I got my car back, there was a brake fluid alarm that was not there when I brought it in. I suspect tampering. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! Only thing nice was the waiting area but sorry I will not pay for your fancy showroom because you want to charge me 3 times the going rate to change a perfectly working battery. More
My side mirror was stolen, so I placed an order for a new one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't ins one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't install the mirror--a two second process-because of how busy they were. I was confused, as I had not been informed when buying the $600 (!!!) mirror that installation wasn't part of the deal. Instead, I was instructed to go install it myself, which I did while exactly following their instructions to a T. It stayed put about a day, before popping out and shattering. I'm out $600 now, and the entire thing could have been avoided if they'd taken the two seconds to fit it properly or to inform me they wouldn't be doing it in advance. I won't return to this location. More

Are you expecting honest service without being overcharged? Then don't come here! Sunroof was not functioning. They charge $200+ for a "configuration." Of course, issue resurfaces short while overcharged? Then don't come here! Sunroof was not functioning. They charge $200+ for a "configuration." Of course, issue resurfaces short while thereafter. Now they fix it by replacing a part--as should have been done originally under the CPO with no charge! The $200+ misdiagnosis? You are not seeing anything back! Let's rip off our customers! Even more concerning, is false allegations by the Manager Joseph Rocker that I have an "unpaid balance" (which if he is man enough, he will send to me instead of hiding behind a representative). Send and I'll be happy to pay. Oh sorry, forgot, doesn't exist because you operate unethically and are trying to distract from your sunroof repair scam when I had reported it to corporate office. Buyer beware! 1 More
My 2017 X1 with 10,000 miles died.Water in the trunk and sunroof not-functional. Had the car towed into the dealer. 5 days before a diagnosis & wanted $4,000 to replace fuel pump mechanism and $6,000 to re sunroof not-functional. Had the car towed into the dealer. 5 days before a diagnosis & wanted $4,000 to replace fuel pump mechanism and $6,000 to repair/replace sunroof mechanism.Car value is approx. $27,000.The absurdity of this rendered me speechless.Arranged to have car towed to an independent shop. Suddenly price for fuel pump greatly reduced. Was promised a car for the Labor Day weekend which was reneged on.Independent dealer said water drains for the car were blocked so they cleaned them out and no more water in the trunk.Unable to fix sunroof because BMW has a proprietary computer program that hasn't been released to the public that controls the sun roof operation. Needless to say, until that is (if) it is released I won't be using the sunroof, which frankly is a problem the open because of road noise and often blazing sun on your heads. So purposeful?misdiagnosis, exorbitant and indefensible prices and poor customer service. Never go there! More
Unfortunately it is hard to figure out why this dealer is so incompetent while at the same time being, let’s say, “loose with the facts”. The suburban Bmw dealers seem way better and more ethical than our o so incompetent while at the same time being, let’s say, “loose with the facts”. The suburban Bmw dealers seem way better and more ethical than our own BMW of Manhattan - it’s best to avoid. Good luck out there! More
This is copy of my review from Yelp. It stands so I just copied it. Really the star should stand for "awful". The communication from this dealership is disgracefuI because it is non-existent and they DO copied it. Really the star should stand for "awful". The communication from this dealership is disgracefuI because it is non-existent and they DO NOT CARE. Literally, they do not care. If you choose to bring your car here out of convenience of location (like I did since I live in the city) know this: You will not get timely communication; they won't pick up a phone or return call when you leave a message; they also won't return a text-the good thing about the texting is they use a company system so any text you send to the unresponsive service advisor is logged and saved-will help with a complaint if you can find anyone who actually cares about it. You can email the service manager, who might prompt the advisor to reply but you might still get no reply although the service manager will email you back and say "sorry". The labor rates are $230 an hour. Don't expect that that will buy you any consideration unless you have taken a loaner they want back or are one of the people that gives the advisors tickets or is just super rich and never waits for anything-because I am sure those people get prompt service-your appointment is otherwise meaningless here. I would like to say that the pandemic and staffing shortages, as well as supply chain issues might explain the abominable service experience I have now had TWICE in recent times. Since June, it has been horrendous service at a premium cost. I will actually save the details of my sob story because the details aren't really important. I have owned BMWs for many years and have never ever experienced the abuse this place dishes out. More
