I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal. I’m extremely happy with my new M4 and very grateful to everyone at BMW of Monrovia who helped make it happen. We reached out with several questions after the purchase and received only one brief response stating he would get back to us. He never did. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored. Multiple follow-up emails have gone unanswered. It’s extremely disappointing to feel valued during the sale, only to be ghosted once the deal is done. Customer service shouldn’t end the moment paperwork is signed. Future buyers beware: make sure you get everything addressed before you finalize the purchase — because afterward, it may feel like you no longer exist. More

I would give negative stars if I could — worst BMW dealership experience ever. I brought my car in for a warranty repair. At first, they said everything was covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anythin dealership experience ever. I brought my car in for a warranty repair. At first, they said everything was covered and I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Then out of nowhere, they sent me a long “inspection report” with over $4,800 in suggested repairs, most of which were purely cosmetic or unnecessary. After I declined their overpriced add-ons, they suddenly changed their story — now claiming the radiator flap was “cracked due to impact damage” and refusing to honor the warranty. My car has never been in any accident, and I have a spotless record. Then they had the nerve to “offer” a discounted repair for $1,800 — something that should have been completely covered. To make it worse, when I picked up my car, they charged me $290 just for a diagnostic fee, even though reading a check-engine light is free at most shops. I ended up wasting two full days, got no repairs done, and still had to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing. BMW Monrovia is the definition of dishonest, manipulative, and money-hungry. They bait customers with warranty promises, then make up excuses to deny coverage and pressure you into paying out of pocket. I’ll never return to this dealership — and I strongly warn anyone thinking of going there to stay far away. More
