I genuinely appreciate his patience, honesty, dedication, and professional efforts when selling me my car. I, as well as other people, may be wary of a car salesman, often with a good reason, but he helped me to redefine the stereotype. Arthur answered all my questions, showed me in writing everything I needed to know, and was always respectful. Wasn’t pushy, he let me buy the car on my terms. He was definitely dressed appropriately with his clothes ironed and smelling decent, it shows he cares about his job and loves to do what he does. This experience was pretty much ideal when it comes to buying a new car and it was all thanks to him. You can be sure that if I have any friends to buy cars in the future, I will be sending them to BMW of Rockville, and telling them to ask for Arthur. Thank you again! :) More

I spent a good amount of time with Roxanne and her colleagues over at the BMW Rockville dealership today. I went in with the intention of buying a used car and came out with a leased Silver Titanium X colleagues over at the BMW Rockville dealership today. I went in with the intention of buying a used car and came out with a leased Silver Titanium X5 Diesel car. The dealership was not pushy in any way, they simply made sure my needs and wants were met with the requests I made in regards to the important features that I wanted in my car. The attentiveness, level of knowledge, and experience that Roxanne has is just phenomenal. I also got to meet with the GM, Larry & some other BMW employees that were equally wonderful. I had a great time and feel as though I made some new friends today, too! I highly recommend you buy your vehicle from Roxanne at BMW of Rockville. She knows what she is doing!! More

My experience with BMW OF ROCKVILLE is one that I can never forget. I bought a used BMW from Perry Wright, who is extremely helpful, courteous, professional and well knowledgeable of BMW’s. As soon as we left the dealership with my new car, I got a FLAT TIRE warning message. I checked the car and there was no flat tire. I call Perry and he immediately scheduled an appointment with the service department. I saw service advisor Chris Arillo at the service Department. Chris was also courteous, helpful, understood my situation and did all the needful to take care of my car. Chris even gave a loaner for a few days while they had to fix the problem. The purpose of this review is let everyone know that BMW OF ROCKVILLE has a solid team who is focused on customer care than customer ripoff. It is very hard to find a dealership nowadays to say that I was completely satisfied with all the services. Chris Arillo is an extremely helpful service advisor who even called after I picked up my car to make sure everything was OK. Although Enterprise is a very reputable company, when a customer purchases a BMW and has to take the car into the shop, it is very frustrating when you are SHOVED into a Carolla. Not that there is anything wrong with a Carolla, but someone as tall as I am does not fit comfortable in a Corolla. I think this is a step in the right direction for BMW of Rockville. It is always very refreshing to know if you have an emergency you can go right in and not wait for an appointment. What a great concept. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and professional. I appreciate the new "service type" that is being introduced. More

This review was deleted for some reason. So I decided to post it once again because I believe it needs to be seen. This dealership's new name and ownership doesn't necessarily change their old habits. Strike#1: Went there to buy a new 335i Coupe. Because of their small and always filled parking lot, (with company cars no doubt), I parked next door (in the lot of a permanently closed store) in plain view of the sales team. Yet no one at the dealership said a word! Nowhere was there a simple small sign warning Rockville BMW customers not to park over there. Then they watched as my car was towed away and still they said nothing as I was busy working with my sales agent out of sight of what was going on. Thanks guys... $145.00 towing fee. Strike #2: Returned and test drove the new 2012 3 Series. My new agent promised to do a search for a specific model which progressed. We exchanged calls and e-mails, but then nothing. All future calls and e-mails went unanswered. A direct call to the sales switchboard placed me in his voice mailbox once again. Unfortunately no one there knew that he was fired several days earlier. No one there cared enough to review his voice mail box and/or follow-up with his clients he was working with! The car we were working on was sold to someone else. Strike #3: Called back a week later and spoke with yet another sales agent. I sent him the model and the configurations we were interested in. His initial search came up with just one car. I explained that a recent search I did on the Cars .com website had come up with more than a dozen cars in the region! He immediately grew upset with me, rude and agitated that I overrode his efforts... or something? So I kept my cool, asked him to repeat his search, which I'm sure he did, but my wife and I eventually decided not to give this troubled renamed dealership, that's obviously getting off on the wrong foot, our business. Three strikes and way too many bad Omens for us. We ended up over at Mercedes Benz, where we were treated with respect and the car we wanted... and plenty of onsite parking as well! More
