Disappointed 1st VISIT for service. Went into dealer to get air into a tire turned out that the tire needed to be replaced. Vehicle was in dealer for almost two 1st VISIT for service. Went into dealer to get air into a tire turned out that the tire needed to be replaced. Vehicle was in dealer for almost two days,I was told it was because it was a new model and BMW did not stock that size tire? Tire was replaced and we went to pick up vehicle and upon getting into vehicle my wife notice damage to the drivers side interior door ? along with ink stain on the leather panel of the door ? Not sure how this happened and WHY it was my wife who had to point it out to the service rep and not the SERVICE REP bringing it to OUR attention ? My wife was told that the service rep would call back to schedule the repair, at this date of 9/27/19 two day after picking up the vehicle we still have not heard back from service department. What a disappointment !!!! Rate of one star is not what I wanted to submit,but it was required in order for review to be accepted. More
