Yearly service I rated this service center as good, because it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when calling for an appointment. Also, when bringing the car in it seems somewhat disorganized, the service advisor usually is not available and others have to get the paperwork. My only point of contention is that my 2016 750i always seems to be in the shop. Almost like clock work every 3 month. You can forward to BMW headquarters in Munich, Bavaria that I’m disappointed on how often my car is in the shop. If it weren’t for the fact that Derrick bends over backwards to accommodate me, I would trade in the car for a Porsche or Mercedes..... More
