As a result, fluid sprayed all over the engine, the vehicle over heated, and after several days dealing with the issue, it had to be towed to the dealer. This was not only inconvenient, it was unnecessary. If the technician had paid attention to detail, it would not have happened. Now, I’m left wondering if I’m going to have issues with the radiator due to it being driven without the proper amount of fluid. More

Waiting after drop off for 30 minutes before a service person meets with you for paper signing is very inconvenient and waste of everyone’s time. We really dislike bmw’s intake policy. We would rather take our car to another dealer for service. Customer failure......big time More
