Fantastic Service Experience Recently relocated to Sarasota FL from Ohio. Brought my BMW and all of its issues with me. On my first service visit to BMW of Sarasota I met Carlos, Recently relocated to Sarasota FL from Ohio. Brought my BMW and all of its issues with me. On my first service visit to BMW of Sarasota I met Carlos, my service coordinator and was extremely pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. Carlos Munoz listened to my labored tail of woe related to the history of my vehicle and he took the information and worked diligently with my former BMW dealer service coordinator, Cassidy (The BMW Store, Cincinnati) and the extended warranty company to research and resolve the current problems with the car. I will be bringing the car back to BMW if Sarasota for it’s next service requirement. More

Outstanding service The service advisor Tiffany was able to get me an appointment last minute plus get me a loaner vehicle on less than 30 minutes notice being I was lea The service advisor Tiffany was able to get me an appointment last minute plus get me a loaner vehicle on less than 30 minutes notice being I was leaving for vacation the following day and needed my vehicle for the trip. The service department was able to replace the broken sensor, which broke the night before, in about two hours therefore making it possible to use my vehicle instead of having to rent a vehicle for a week. Tiffany is a great asset to the service department along with Juan and they should be recognized as such. Thank you BMW of Sarasota, A+ service with a smile. More
