The Best I came in to replace a tire due to a large screw. Tiffany was my adviser and I cannot express enough how impressed I was by her service. My tire was replaced without any issues and in an acceptable time frame. Tiffany not only was dressed professionally she conducted herself with in a kind and professional attitude that made me feel welcomed. Tiffany took the time to go over service requirements due for my vehicle and discussed pricing and available dates. I will be returning this month to complete further service. Thank you Tiffany! My former service advisor left BMW of Sarasota. I would have appreciated a notice from BOS. 2. I was initially assisted by (new) Service Advisor Ms. Ferrara; she is a pleasure to interact with. 3. I was then assigned to Assistant Service Manager Ms. V. Lizardi as my Service Advisor. Valentina is professional and also a pleasure to work with; and provides the most important (to me) quality: she is a client advocate. I am happy to be working with her. 4. A new tire was installed; the service technician neglected to install the air valve cap. I'll have to revisit BOS to pick up the missing item; or will request one sent to me. 5. This survey BOS personnel list requires updating. 6. It would be helpful to include the service technician name(s) on the service receipt. More
