I must say this was the best and smoothest vehicle purchase I have experienced. I purchased my 2007, 750LI BMW in January 2010. When I walked in the door at Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, MD, I saw t purchase I have experienced. I purchased my 2007, 750LI BMW in January 2010. When I walked in the door at Tischer BMW in Silver Spring, MD, I saw the car I wanted to purchase. I walked over to the car and was checking it out, inside and out. Then the a sales person walked over to me and introduced himself and I believe I met your best sales representative Mr. Kailash Joshi. I begin to talk and go over some of the features in the car, but even before he came over I told my Fiance' that this was the car I wanted. Once Kailash finished explaining things to me and we went for a test drive I was totally convenienced that this was the one. Kailash walked away for a few minutes so we could talk things over and make for me to make up my mind. I called him back over and he started the paperwork. I was approved within 30 minutes, the complete process took approximately 1 hr and 45 minutes (paperwork, finance, and car cleanup). I have gone to several BMW dealerships but none of them could compare with the service I received from Kailash and the other staff. I have talked about the service I received to my family and friends and recommended them to check them out the next time they are in the market for a new or used car. More

The lease for my 530i was coming to an end and I was in the market for a new BMW. Brian was extremely professional, courteous, and honest, and helped me throughout the entire sales process. This professionalism could be seen throughout the entire staff at Tischer, from the receptionist who greets you to the finance department where I finalized my purchase. I have purchased a number of cars and worked with many dealers. Working with Brian Cunningham and the Tischer team was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. We shopped for late model and new BMW's in the Atlanta area and were not satisfied with anything we found in the Atlanta area. We were planning to visit Maryland for the holidays and noticed that Tischer area and were not satisfied with anything we found in the Atlanta area. We were planning to visit Maryland for the holidays and noticed that Tischer BMW was very close to our Aunt's house. I called Tischer and spoke with Kailash about a week before flying up to Maryland. Kailash was great to work with over the phone and we agreed to meet in person when we arrived in Maryland. Kailash was extremely professional and friendly. I have to say this was probably the best car purchasing experience I have had. I took the car for a test drive and then returned later with my wife as she would be the primary driver. Kailash was very personable and made us feel comfortable with no pressure. After my wife looked over the car we negotiated a fair price. This was late in the evening so we agreed we would come back the next day to finalize the paper work and pick up the car. I provided Kailash with some key information and he had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived the next day. We met briefly with Joanna in Finance to sign some paperwork. Kailash gave us a final review of the car, it's features, warranty, etc. and we were off. We were at the dealership less than an hour as Tischer was extremely prepared and had everything ready to go. Kailash followed up with us the day we left to drive back to Georgia to make sure everything was OK with the car. He double checked again to make sure we arrived in Atlanta OK. Three days after we were back in Atlanta, Kailash found a minor piece that should have come with the car and insisted on overnighting it to us. It was minor and I told him to send it snail mail but he would have nothing of it. He insisted that he overnight it and followed up to make sure we received it. Tischer BMW is all about service and fair prices. I would not hesitate for a second to travel out of state to purchase a car from Tischer BMW. My wife is loving her new convertible and I am enjoying my BMW hat. Now if I can get her to agree on the 7 series I'll be heading back to Maryland. More
