I purchased my first new car (and first BMW) from this dealershihp. Given that I've only previously purchased used vehicles at set, "no haggle" prices, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this experien dealershihp. Given that I've only previously purchased used vehicles at set, "no haggle" prices, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this experience would go. Brian was very pleasant to work with. He clearly is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, as well as about how they compare to other vehicles in the same class. His sense of humor and patient, non-pushy approach made for quite an enjoyable buying experience. Johanna was also quite friendly and accommodating. She presented my financing options and potential extended warranties etc. in a matter-of-fact manner. I did not feel as though I was being pushed to finance more than I needed to. I rated the dealership a "4" with respect to pricing only because I think I could have got more for the vehicle I traded in. Plus, I'm not so sure that I really did get the car for "just a little over invoice" as was claimed. But that's partly my fault - I should have done a little more research before I went into the dealership, or fought back a little harder over my trade in. Overall, though, this was a very good car buying experience. I hope that my experiences with the Service department will go as smoothly... :-) More

I was looking for an incredible deal and found an incredible dealer. I have spent the better half of 4 months test driving cars, to eliminate the possibilities. Looking back, I wish I had made this d incredible dealer. I have spent the better half of 4 months test driving cars, to eliminate the possibilities. Looking back, I wish I had made this dealer my first stop rather than my last. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Cunningham and Mike Maloney(Brian's manager), whom not only were the most professional out of all the dealers I visited, but also the least pushy. They made me feel relaxed, and at no time did I feel that I was being rushed to make a decision. Price was a major obstacle that was hard to overcome at the previous dealers, but not here. From the start, Brian showed me mutiple cars that met my needs both in equipment as well as in price. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to everyone like I had already purchased a car. It was a nice feeling to know who would be taking care of my car if I came in for service. After about an hour of me going back and forth I finally came to a decision. I couldnt be happier with my new 3 series and the team that I purchased it from! These guys put class back into a industry that sometimes lacks it! Thanks again to everyone for making me feel at home, and like a valued customer, even before I became one! More
I recently leased a 2010 M3 Coupe from Mile One Tischer BMW, and my Client Advisor was Mr. Mike Thompson. I have been a Tischer BMW client for several years, and have always had positive experiences there BMW, and my Client Advisor was Mr. Mike Thompson. I have been a Tischer BMW client for several years, and have always had positive experiences there. I found Mr. Thompson to be an exemplary Client Advisor, exhibiting the courtesy, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall client care that make Tischer BMW the premier car dealership in the area. Mr. Thompson was superb from our very first meeting and during the test drive, and even stayed late to make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and took great pleasure (not to mention patience) in teaching me the IDrive system and setting me up with everything from the Sirius/XM Satellite Radio to the Bluetooth and BMW Assist programs. He also encouraged me to come back anytime with questions or any issues that may arise, has followed up with me about my vehicle, and stayed in touch with me when my work schedule (and weather) made it difficult for me to come in. Mr. Michael Casey, Business Manager at Tischer BMW, handled the lease and warranty paperwork, and was a pleasure to meet and work with. As is standard at Tischer BMW, Mr. Casey made the process comfortable, and had me ready to go immediately. His professionalism, knowledge and client care were top-notch, and I look forward to working with him in the future should the opportunity arise. Overall, Mr. Thompson and Mr. Casey each exemplified what I consider to be Tischer BMW's most important attributes: courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of product and client care. Tischer BMW not only sells special cars, but also employs special people. That is why I gave, and will continue to give, Mile One Tischer BMW my highest rating. More
It was a great experience to be a part of Mile one Tischer BMW's family. I dealt with 3 employees of BMW and all of them were wonderful in treating me as their customer. They are well knowledged about Tischer BMW's family. I dealt with 3 employees of BMW and all of them were wonderful in treating me as their customer. They are well knowledged about what they say and do, and the utmost reason they are certified. It was a long process for me to find out a good certified dealer, I use to search for dealers everyday but at the end turned out to find that many of them were reported bad under "ripoff.com". Mile one Tischer BMW not only have good employees but also have amazing deals, I bought a BMW325i Black on Black and got a good deal on it, the car was clean as hell and most of all is BMW certified. The kind of inspection done on their cars can not be find outside in the market. Hence I would recommend them most definitely, and 5/5 for all the 3 employees I dealt with(Named Mentioned above on the page). More
I've been searching for the right used 335i for quite some time before I contacted Tischer early yesterday morning about an '07. I'm glad I did. Salesman Brian Cunningham called me a few hours late some time before I contacted Tischer early yesterday morning about an '07. I'm glad I did. Salesman Brian Cunningham called me a few hours later saying the car was still available and in great shape so we tentatively scheduled an appointment for 3pm the same day. I arrived a little early and the receptionist greeted me and offered me a water while I waited, as Brian had another customer that he was delivering a vehicle to. Promptly at 3pm, Brian introduced himself and shortly thereafter showed me the vehicle. He was right, it was immaculate save for a minor ding along the side and some scrapes on the wheels. The Tischer CPO detail team is top notch. I can't even count the number of cars I've checked out at other dealerships that weren't even washed, let alone detailed. Those dealerships always explained it away with a "it just came out of CPO", or "this car will sell before it even hits our lot because of its limited availability and high demand". Ughh....what a great way to make a customer feel unimportant. So kudos to the Tischer management for realizing the impact of first impressions. Brian took me on a test drive and it didn't take long to realize that Brian was a BMW (and 335) enthusiast himself, he knew this car inside-out. Another refreshing change from some other BMW salesmen I've had the unfortunate privilege of meeting at other dealerships. For once I got a salesmen who knew more about the car than I did, which is the way it should be. The car was impressive on the road, so when we got back I told him I was ready to talk numbers if they could promise to remove the ding and repair the wheels. He said no problem, and they could give it to me in writing. The car was already priced well below blue book retail so we quickly negotiated a fair deal without any hassle. Mike Thompson, the sales manager, introduced himself during this exchange and explained their offer on my trade-in and again confirmed that Tischer would make the requested repairs to the 335. This is probably a minor detail to the dealership, but this commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out to me. I'm sure other dealers would have been reluctant to make repairs and may have just told me that they could find another buyer. After quickly signing some initial paperwork, Anthony Lucas who handles the financial paperwork introduced himself. We sat down and started chatting about restaurants in the DC/Arlington area while he printed off documents and had me sign them. Really nice guy, didn't put any undo pressure on me to buy this or that sealant or undercoating, and before I knew it we were through w/ the documents and I had the keys in my hand. As I was transferring personal belongings between vehicles, Brian invited me back inside to partake of some food that had just arrived for the entire sales team. Having been driving around most of the afternoon and then closing for the next few hours, I was pretty hungry, so I took him up on it. Once again, an unexpected customer consideration! All in all, it was a great dealership experience, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a used BMW. I'll certainly return in the future for my next BMW purchase. More

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and traded a relatively new vehicle. My sales rep was attentive, nice to deal with, and did not try to use any of the tired sales tactics that are popular with so many sales new vehicle. My sales rep was attentive, nice to deal with, and did not try to use any of the tired sales tactics that are popular with so many salespersons. I met and interacted with the Pre-Owned sales manager and the overal dealership manager who treated me well and were clearly doing their best to make my experience a very good one. After I completed the paperwork and was ready to take delivery of auto, I noticed a few very small dings in the roof that I had not noticed. The sales rep and the Pre-Owned manager apologized and told me that if they could not quickly make it like new to my satisfaction, they would certainly undo the transaction. Fortunately the body repair rep was brought to the car quickly and made it like new within and hour after arriving. All in all, could not have asked for more. Highly recommend. More
The Service was dependable and thoughtful, our Sales person was Normal and Financial was Anthony both gentleman very professional and genuine, their service was certainly one of the person who believes person was Normal and Financial was Anthony both gentleman very professional and genuine, their service was certainly one of the person who believes in going the extra mile. Another person who particularly astute in picking up on little details that could have turned the sale into a disaster, he averted the problem quite effectively, his people skills became readily apparent in the situation, he knew we wanted to buy a BMW and he wanted to sell his product, a perfect match in the real world, “we want to buy & you want to sell” were about to walk out, but he was able work with us in every possible way, by the time we realize we were signing the deal and this great employee is Rick Lopez he’s the certified pre-owned manager. I am very pleased with the service I've had from Tischer. I moved to the area from Maine with my 'pet' BMW 750iL (1996), a great but very complex car. It has the V12 and I don't trust just anyone to work on I moved to the area from Maine with my 'pet' BMW 750iL (1996), a great but very complex car. It has the V12 and I don't trust just anyone to work on it. Tischer did not treat it like an 'old' car but gave it the care a finicky guy like me wants. Kristina, the Service Manager I deal with most of the time is clearly 'into' cars and treated my car like the classic it was. They also diagnosed and repaired correctly a faint front end shimmy, did it right the first time. Many drivers wouldn't have noticed this imperfection and some shops would have said it was acceptable but Kristina knew I wanted it perfect and made it so. In Maine I had my own garage and did most of my maintenance because I didn't always trust someone else to do the work. Tischer BMW has my full trust. I traded my 1996 750 on a somewhat rare 2006 BMW 760Li, an even more complex care, still under warranty. On my first service visit the Service Manager noted some uneven wear on my tires and provided a free all-wheel alignment. I try to keep my cars in perfect condition and trust Tischer to do that. As I said, I am a very particular customer when it comes to my cars. I have dealt primarily with Kristina, who is excellent. I am pretty knowledgeable about these cars and she and I can have a very technical discussion about service and maintenance and she always has good advice regarding maintaining the car, things I didn't know. She is a 'car person'. Some dealerships I've been to in the past would have a Service Manager who is more of a administrative/management person and I would have a hard time explaining what I wanted done to the car because I knew more about the car than they did. Not so with Tischer. Tischer is a tough drive from where I live in Arlington and there are much closer BMW dealerships. I bought my 2006 760Li from Tischer because I wanted any warranty work that might come up done there and I wanted it done right. It is well worth the drive. So, I would say that if you are finicky about your BMW and want excellent and timely service go to Tischer. I am very happy with my service there. More
