3/4 of my experience with Tischer was very good especially compared to other dealership in MD. One problem I had initially is Tischer loves themselves, Even though we told the sales man that we w especially compared to other dealership in MD. One problem I had initially is Tischer loves themselves, Even though we told the sales man that we wanted to see some cars as quickly as possible so we could still have the daylight he spend 30 minutes talking about what a great place Tischer was and by that time the sun was setting. They have a lighted cancpy but it's still not the same as daylight when you are spending that much money. They take very nice care of their cars. The CPOs we saw drove very well. Our sales men was nice and very funny. The problem was once money came up the nice professional atmosphere got sucked out into space. Our sales men became increasingly less pleasant compared to what he was moments ago. So advice don't tell Kailash what your price range of what fair is, I just realized he asked me this, I told him and then he wouldn't move from that max, even for much lesser cars. The thing that made this so frustrating is that we couldn't get them to play ball at all. I don't even think I heard a number come out of the sales man's mouth. Basically I got stone walled. The prices they were asking were very high compared to others in the area, and I only asked them to come down a small amount to make it less sour. I ended up buying a better equipped for 5K less then what MY offer to buy originally was. Although I was frustrated when I left, I am now so happy the sales men was so unreasonable, it got me a much better car at a much better price elsewhere. After checking out another BMW dealership in Fairfax I can tell you Tischer is nothing special. They are good but they are a BMW dealership they are supposed to be good. If you are in the area they are a good place to check out to see the type of quality in a CPO you should expect. However, from my experience make this the first place you look, don't buy and shop at others to compare. If they are the best deal come back to them. It saved me thousands. More

When delivering the car he spent a great deal of time ensuring I understood how the features work. He also programmed my phone and nav system so I could use them immediatley. If you are in the market for a BMW in the DC/MD/VA area I can't recommend highly enough Tischer BMW and especially Kailash Joshi for your salesperson. When doing my car search I visited many other dealerships and salespeople and none compared to the skill and genuine personality that Kailash has. He takes the time to get to know you as a person and best understand your needs. At no time did I ever feel pressure and negotiations was actually a very pleasant experience.. As a side note I had visited another BMW dealer in the Rockville area and the experience was night and day. I had gone there to look at a 5 series wagon since Tischer didn't have one on there lot and the level of pretentiousness I experienced was unbelievable. Yes BMW's are expensive high end cars and yes I might not look the part of a BMW owner some might have in their head but having a salesperson look down their nose at you or give you the impression that you are not worth their time is unbelievable. I remember the first time I met Kailash I hadn't shaved in a few days was wearing an old flannel but yet was treated with the utmost respect and felt like I was encountering an old friend. After negotiating the price of my X5 I met with Joanna who again was a pleasure to deal with. She gave a nice overview of options available to me as far as my new car and was able to find me a great rate for my financing. I had looked into my own financing with my credit union and on-line but Joanna was able to beat anything I could find. As a final note Kailash was able to arrange delivery of my X5 in record time. Less than a month from the day of order I will pick up my new X5 for Performance Center delivery. If you check on-line you will see some people wait as long as three months for delivery of there X5's not the case with Kailash and Tischer. While I would think for the other models of BMW it would take a bit longer since they are made in Germany but it would be worth the wait in order to take a European delivery. I think my next BMW will have to be a 6 Series in order to take advantage of this awesome program BMW offers. Ask Kailash he will fill you in on the details. While the Performance Center is an awesome experience in itself the ability to drive your own BMW on the Autobahn and across Europe sounds incredible. So when you are ready for "The Ultimate Driving Machine" give Kailash a call you won't be disappointed. More
