Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative. Mr. Ptak took the time to contact me related to a previous “less than satisfactory” experience; listened to my concerns, and was able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and better inform me of my options and the service needed for my M550i; from start to finish.
