My BMW Experience started in 2001, and what a ride it's been. The Product has only improved, and the Technology has just gotten more advanced and seamless. I grew up in Northern Virginia and currently reside there with my Wife, 9-Year-old Son, and our two Dogs and one Cat. I'm an avid runner and BMW motorcycle enthusiast. My Favorite car was my 2004 BMW E46 ZHP Package which also saved my life!

People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina). I have had 10 new cars in my life and this one is my favorite. The comfort is unmatched and it’s sporty also. More

David was incredibly helpful in thinking through the i4 vs. i7 series for me. I ultimately decided on an exquisite i7 in the showroom and took it home that day with a trade-in of my old Tesla Model S. Davi vs. i7 series for me. He made arrangements for us to test drive multiple vehicles and in the end we were able to find the perfect fit. David was always very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all our questions in a timely manner. His expert use of the IT technology and online sources allowed us to see side-by-side comparisons of the different models we were considering. During the sales process, David made it clear to us that he was interested in finding the right vehicle for us and not just selling us a car. Lastly, as part of the delivery process, he explained and demonstrated every feature of our new vehicle. We really appreciated his time and assistance! I would recommend David and the BMW Silver Spring team to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when purchasing another BMW. More
