My Review of BMW of Sudbury:
The reason I have logged into this site and given this dealership a very poor rating is for the following reasons:
I have been a customer of Foreign Motors West for 15 years and can say without a doubt, since the new management has moved in, customer service has vanished. The quality and level of professionalism is gone as well. This dealer has changed into a high pressure sales force which won't leave you alone. I have waisted more time on the phone with "newly assigned sales persons assigned to me" than I have ever seen. When walking into the showroom, knowing exactly what I wanted to buy (new X5) and ready to sign the paperwork, I was faced with listening to all the reasons why I should select a different engine, heads up display, etc., etc. This was to a point where I just thanked the salesman(s), plus his manager or helper? and walked out. I then drove all the way to the North Shore and purchased a new X5 from the Peabody dealership, where the salesman was very professional and didn't try selling me at all. This was very disappointing, time consuming and should be reviewed by whomever oversees BMW dealerships. My travel now to the North Shore is almost 45 minutes of my time - what a waist. My next vehicle may be another brand as this is now very inconvenient for me.
I have since received numerous calls from Foreign Motors West, numerous emails from Chambers Motors - all of which I have begged to be removed from!!! This new management is one to stay far away from. What ever happened to the quality folks who used to work there?
