Unfortunately, my positive experience with Michael was overshadowed by the dismal service I received from the dealership's finance department. After finalizing my vehicle selection with Michael, I was directed to the finance department to complete the necessary paperwork. However, what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. I was kept waiting for an exorbitant one and a half hours before anyone bothered to attend to me. When the gentleman (Reggie) finally got around to me, he was not only dismissive and unapologetic for the extensive wait time but also appeared disinterested in assisting me. Throughout the entire ordeal, he was constantly on the phone with his son, displaying a blatant disregard for my time and the importance of providing quality customer service. The lack of professionalism and empathy exhibited by the finance department is appalling and unacceptable. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. My experience with the finance department was utterly disappointing and tarnished what could have otherwise been a positive experience at BMW. More

5 stars for this dealership because of our salesman Cyrus and the finance manager Richard. We had gone to this dealership previously for Mustang Roush but the numbers didn’t work for me so we left. We didn’t really leave empty handed tho because he taught my wife and I a lot about credit scores and why banks don’t take certain risks with certain cars. That really helped my search out. Cyrus called 2 weeks later with a Mustang I maybe would like, fast forward a week, and I signed for it yesterday with my wife. Cyrus made the whole process a mostly smooth ride. Being able to text to ask question is so convenient in todays world and being as busy as we are it helped out a lot. He kept me in the loop every step of the way as well. Richard the finance manager was extremely polite to us and I felt as if I mattered as a customer in a big fancy BMW dealership. I don’t have BMW money I have Mustang money so I greatly appreciated that. He’s extremely good at what he does. He got us the warranties we wanted at great price. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership when car hunting. Thank you guys. More
