Unfortunately, my positive experience with Michael was overshadowed by the dismal service I received from the dealership's finance department. After finalizing my vehicle selection with Michael, I was directed to the finance department to complete the necessary paperwork. However, what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. I was kept waiting for an exorbitant one and a half hours before anyone bothered to attend to me. When the gentleman (Reggie) finally got around to me, he was not only dismissive and unapologetic for the extensive wait time but also appeared disinterested in assisting me. Throughout the entire ordeal, he was constantly on the phone with his son, displaying a blatant disregard for my time and the importance of providing quality customer service. The lack of professionalism and empathy exhibited by the finance department is appalling and unacceptable. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. My experience with the finance department was utterly disappointing and tarnished what could have otherwise been a positive experience at BMW. More
