I just purchased BMW 430 there and I don’t recommend this dealership. Here’s why: they miscalculated my trade-in taxes by $700 and after I showed the difference they said it was a mistake on their side and a dealership. Then they didn’t count $5k I paid when they calculated my financing. Again, I showed them and they said it was a mistake and apologized. Finally on my way home (about 30 min drive) the info dashboard went black and disconnected 3 times. It always came back after reboot but I just can’t imagine they had no idea it’s mailfunctioning. Thankfully the car has manufacture warranty so I will be taking it to the BMW as soon as they can get me an appointment. More

The experience with this dealer has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. To start, their initial pricing was exorbitantly high. My service experience was not only a drain on time but also a source of headache. They made commitments they couldn't keep when I brought my car in, leading to wasted hours and dashed expectations. In light of these issues, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your needs, as there are undoubtedly far superior options available that can offer better prices, more transparent communication, and a more respectful treatment of your time and trust. Im glad that I was able to shift my family business out of those psychopaths, now all of our cars are serviced at a different dealer who recept their customers. More

Unfortunately, she did not provide any help and that was extremely unsatisfying. While she initially seemed willing to assist, it soon became apparent that her approach aligned with that of her coworkers who threw me to her, however, it's very clear that prioritizing the customer experience is at the bottom of their list.
