My Review of Baierl Toyota:
Worst NEW Car buying experience ever. Very dishonest people. I had an agreed upon price, then they tried to jack up price 2 days later. When I said no, they told me they would proceed, but 2 weeks later still no car. So I called them and they said "sorry, we must have forgot to call you, we couldn't get you a car." Yet they had already secured it from another dealer. Basically they didn't want to sell the car for the price, so they lied.
Then they tried to work up a price on another car with less equipment - of course the deal was no where near as good.

Run from these liars. You don't need the headache. These are the kind of guys that give car saleman a bad name.


FYI - I dealt with both a sales person and the general manager.

My Review of Baierl Toyota:
Very scary.

Drove an hour plus on the sales managers assurance that this used car was in excellent condition. We weren't expecting perfect as we were buying used but we wanted operational, reliable and safe.

My husband knows cars. Just looking at it, never even getting to the driving stage showed problems.

The salesman the manager sent out to help us finally got the carfax and it did show 2 wrecks which must not have been repaired correctly in one case if at all.

While my husband was standing there talking to the salesman the manager came out wanting to know if we were ready "to deal". My husband said "well, your 'excellent' turns out to be 'damaged'... Doesn't get to finish his sentence before the manager gets really red faced, nasty and loud saying "you can't tell me..."!!!

I hustled my 4 yr old into the car before he had to see such a display. Hurried up, started the car and just kept thinking to my husband "just get in the car".

That man was beyond unprofessional, he was downright scary.

My Review of Baierl Toyota:
I purchased a new Hybrid and it wasn't going to be ready until next day. The evening before I was to pick up my new car, my trade in was involved in a crash. Jennifer and Steve worked with me to get it repaired and helped with all the insurance needs. They couldn't have been a better team and this is my fourth car purchase from Bairel and all sales persons have been great. I haven't used the service department other than an inspection and it was okay.
