Baierl is running scams operations with their service promotions. I received an advertisement claiming discounts and exclusive free deals. I was charged the regular bill, and the service advisor threw me away as I was wasting his time, saying the offer didn’t apply to my service. This was misleading and unprofessional. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. More
So my Prius kept having electrical problems, warning lights flashing and sometimes losing power. The dealer basically just reset the system and told me it was fine. A few days later, the exact same problem came back. When I went back, they kept my car for a very long time, but still didn’t fix it. All I got was a big bill for “diagnostics” that didn’t actually solve anything. What bothered me most was the communication, I had to call them just to get updates, and even then the answers felt vague, like they just wanted me off the phone. I expected a lot more from a Toyota Baierl, especially with something as serious as electrical issues on a hybrid. I left frustrated, out money, and still with the same problem. Definitely won’t be going back. More
