My Review of Balise Ford:
I loved my experience at Balise of Wilbraham! I had gone there kind of knowing what I wanted but wasn't knowledgeable about the model I wanted. I was shown the different models of escapes and what they had to offer. The limited was a little out of my price range so one of the sales managers, Peter, told me he was going to an action the next day. He took down exactly what I wanted to color, features, miles and interior. He told me, "I will find you your car". Which I loved. It was like he just didn't want me to sell a car but really wanted me to love what I had. And to be honest I didn't expect that from a cars salesman.

The next day I received a call from a salesman saying they had gotten an escape to my specifications so I went down to look at it. It was what I had wanted but earlier in the week I had test drove the limited and it was stuck in my head. I wasn't sure what I was going to do and was having a hard time making up my mind but lucky for me Jesse was there! He explained every different between the two models not to sway me in any direction but to give me knowledge to make the best educated decision. He was AMAZING!!! Once I had made up my mind that I had to have the limited it was so quick and painless to get the ball rolling. Not to mention that I had looked at the surrounding ford deals and couldn't find a limited escape for even close to how much I paid. It took two days for my husband and I to be able to get over there to sign our paper work but Jesse kept me updated the whole time. He took the time too call me to let me know everything step by step that was going on with my car. I loved it.

The day finally came and once everything was signed Jesse took the time to show me everything in my new car and set up my Microsoft sync! He had given my he cell phone number right when I had first met him but he instructed me to call him if I had any questions at all! I gave him a hug for all of his help and he congratulated me on my new car!

That's my story with Balise and I will be returning there for my husbands new truck and I will ONLY be dealing with Jesse or Peter!

My Review of Balise Ford:
My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and began where we purchased our last two vehicles at Balise Ford of Wilbraham. We have been pleased with our last two purchases and decided to give Balise first crack at our business once again. We were very pleased. David Zhilyaev was very helpful with our questions and supplied us the information we needed to make the best selection for our family. David answered all of our questions and tried his best to meet our needs....not his. No sales pitch just honest information. That made our decision easy. He supplied the facts and after several days of negotiations we knew we made the right decision returning to Balise. If you want to avoid the high pressure and get answers Balise of Wilbraham would be our recommendation.

My Review of Balise Ford:
I decided to purchase a new Ford Taurus using the internet. I live in CT, but Balise Ford came up. Although ititially reluctant, I must admit this was one of the best experiences in purchasing a car. From Lisa who handles internet inquiries, to Dave and Brian, everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Everyone exhibit the patience and concern as we configured my new car. They gave me the purchase price of the new Ford Taurus Limited and a trave in value on my current car. I beleive that they gave me the best value for the transaction. The followup and communication during the build process was excellent. The car was delivered and the every single promise and commitment was fulfilled. The trade in value continued to be honored and the expertise of registering my car in Connecticut and transferring the plates was efficient and painless.

I give my respect to the entire organization. I have recommended several friends and associates to call on Balinse Ford becasue the honest, friendly and professional in caring for their customers.

My Review of Balise Ford:
As a college student on a budget and 100 miles a day for commuting, I picked a 2012 Ford Focus with a manual transmission for lower vehicle cost and better fuel efficiency. I told Pete exactly what I wanted in terms of model, packages, and color. He searched and found one match in a 500 mile radius. He dispatched a team to drive and pick up the vehicle. Test driving the car put a smile on my face.

Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. Pete made the experience of purchasing a vehicle easy, fun, no-pressure, and very comfortable. The Balise team worked with me at my pace and no faster. I could not be happier with the deal, service, overall experience, and the car itself. A+, thank you Balise. :)

My Review of Balise Ford:
Found a vehicle I was interested in on their web site. Drove out from the Worcester area. From the moment we walked in the entire staff was courteous and friendly. I was only looking to view and possibly test drive the used vehicle but wound up purchasing it. Both the salesperson and the finance person were knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that the vehicle was in fact what I desired and that the payment numbers worked toward my budget. I had been to several other dealers, but these folks out classed all the others.

I would recommend Balise to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

My Review of Balise Ford:
Drove all the way to Wilbraham from Cape Cod to deal with Balise Ford. They had the new 2011 F350 4x4 Crew Cab Lariat I needed and had a deal I could not beat. They handled the trade in and sale flawlessly. Brian the saleman spent all the time I needed to familarize me with the new Sync system in the truck, he even paired my Droid phone to the truck so I could use it on the ride back to the Cape.

Tim the finance guy saved me an extra $100 a month by going the extra distance to search out every rebate and finance offer available from a ton of different banks. Its rare that you leave a dealer with more than you expected for less than you intended to pay, but thats exactly what happened in this case.

Great dealership, no pressure and a GREAT deal!!!!!

My Review of Balise Ford:
I bought a 2007 Ford Edge from Balise Ford. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I worked with both Steve and Tim for the final purchase of my Edge. I live out of state, and it was great that they arranged delivery of the vehicle. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Edge and I liked the excitement he showed towards the vehicles. Tim was a great help with financing options and solutions. I never felt pressured at any point, received a good value for my trade, and I felt comfortable in the showroom. I would recommend purchasing cars from Balise. As I will in the future.

I bought a new 2011 Ford Fiesta from Balise Ford and I was extremely satisified by both the professionalism and skill that Steve and Tim brought to the purchase. They were good explaining the car itself and Tim was great with the financing options. Its a very low stress atmosphere and they will help you get what you NEED, which is the mark of a great sales team. I would use Balise Ford for my next purchase as well and the best that I can say is that I would send any friend of family member too them without hesitation. Thanks guys!!

I had a great experience with this helpful and knowledgable staff. All the features of my new F-150 and the complexities of buying a car were very well explained. No questions left unanswered, I felt listened to. I highly recommend this dealership for new Fords, but I'm sure their professionalism extends to used cars as well.
