It was time to trade in my car, we were looking for a new Buick AWD Regal. Nobody descended on us when we started browsing on the lot, but when we were ready to talk to someone, a couple of sales people offered their assistance. Michel Vaillancourt was referred to us by a friend, so we asked for him. It was easy to see he was a busy man, but when he was with us he gave us excellent service, attention and advice, and he was patient. After test driving one car, and looking at a few others he found the right car for us with a dealer incentive discount that was such a good deal, suddenly the color didn't matter so much. We got a fair price on our trade in. Other customers I spoke to while I was waiting had only good things to say about coming to Banks- for years and even generations. Financing was simple and quick. After leaving, we thought of a question and had a request, so I called back to the dealership; the front desk delivered my message to Michel (good service).
A couple of days later, when I went to pick up the car, Michel took a great deal of time with me. (He warned me to plan for two hours.) After signing many papers which he carefully explained, he took me around the building and showed me exactly where I will be bringing my car for the free maintenance service, pointing out which lane I'd drive up to if it wasn't routine maintenance. He showed me the service and parts department, and the customer waiting area. Then he explained all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions, including things I wasn't even thinking about. He made sure my remote start was set correctly, when he noticed it wasn't. He even took me through the steps of setting up an OnStar account and helping me with the phone app, before I drove off the lot.
New cars have gotten very complex, but I love the features of my new Regal. I'll definitely recommend this dealership and Michel Vaillancourt.
