The service department at this dealership is unreliable and unobservant, and is excellent at wasting both customers' time and their own. If you have no option but to have them attempt to fix your vehicle, and unobservant, and is excellent at wasting both customers' time and their own. If you have no option but to have them attempt to fix your vehicle, be prepared not only to do more research on the issue than they do but to be treated as if you are a gullible ignoramus. I suspected a vehicle I recently purchased from them to be in need of an ATF flush; it took over a month for them to repeatedly refuse to do this and to "try cheaper options" instead. When they finally agreed to do the flush, that solved the problem immediately. They do not get to pass "GO" or collect a penny of my future money. More
