I would definitely recommend anyone to BayRidge Toyota Scion Car Dealership they were upfront, patient, understanding; most of all you will NOT regret getting their service. I took the train, thinking that I got off the right stop and I called to ask for directions; they offered to come pick me up. I had a hard time trying to decide if I should go with the Toyota Corolla or Camry they went around the lot with me say two - three times until I made a decision. Finally I decided to go with the Toyota Camry and just when the other department was closing Jason put in a few words for me ( he understood my position in needing the car ) so that I can leave with the car the same day. I was very pleased with their service ecstatic to see that they went above and beyond for me. I must say out of all the dealerships that I have been to BayRidgeToyota Scion has not cheated me in anyway. I found Anthony Nespoli, Jason Mano, the guy that helped me get allstate and Iggy totally, totally helpful and patient I've asked several questions they answered me thoroughly. Iggy took his time to show and explain the car fax to me. Anthony also took his time explained any questions that I had regarding the contract. I'm glad I met these fellas their customer service was excellent. I love my new ride. God Bless You All!!

I would absolutely recommend Bay Ridge Toyota. This is the second time I leased with them and I had an even better experience that the first, which I didn't think was possible. I worked with Raymond Francia and then finalized everything with Juan Lebron. They were both fantastic, direct, to the point and also were able to really pull strings to get everything I requested. Also, an additional thank you to Juan, who also helped me with some issues with my lease return. They really went out of their way for me. I could not ask for a better car experience with them. I am definitely going to be using them in the future.

When entering the dealership I was warmly greeted and that was just the beginning of my experience. I felt that Juan and Jerry took their time with me, the details of the car were explained to me in terminology that I understood. They answered all of my questions and gave me the time to think my decision through without pressure. The follow-ups were once again unsurpassed, I received 2 calls within 48 hours..I know that I can call either of them with any questions or concerns I may have. I met Mohamed first time at Bayridge Toyota 7 weeks ago. im a single mother was looking at a nice deal on a pre-owned reliable and luxury car. Mohamed was so patient with no pressure at all. he did listen to all of my needs in my new car with big ears .
I couldnt find exactly what i was looking for . Mohamed took my information with a promise that he will contact me whenever he gets what
im looking for .
He was giving me a weekly update of the pre-owned inventory but still couldn't find what would really fit my needs and budget as well.
then, last weekend, he called me and told me to visit the dealership as soos as i could .
I went to bayridge toyota on Monday as i had some other stuff to do over the weekend .
He showed me a beautiful Infiniti, and said : this a perfect solution for your needs and budget .
I fell in love with the car before I drove it . and I told him that I'm ready to talk numbers.
Mohamed recommended to test drive it first to make sure that i fit good behind the wheel and
it drive comfortable ( and i really did appreciate that ) . and it drove like a brand new car . and still does.
Ah, this beautiful infiniti is in my drive way , its mine now . and all my co-workers got jelous and told me :
This car looks like a brand new car . My son loves it and he called his friends to show them our car .
Mustafa also was nice and made it an easy deal. As well as Freddie , did all the paperwork in a matter of few minutes .
