"New Lease Experience"
This was my fourth consecutive lease of a Camry! Ozzy Quintana was the sales representative. I met him three years ago with my previous lease. At that time he was "learning the trade" He is a truly exceptional young man, who now excels as a sales rep. Best compliment I can pay him is I almost feel I am talking with my son when we get together! A true asset to Toyota
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They were incredibly helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
They've got a lot of improving to accomplish in the service department. Overpriced and horrible time management. Not lacking in effort in trying to make things right but when you've been overpriced, you expect more in timely service. Maintenance shouldn't be an all day ordeal. They also need to improve on their communication to the customer and each other.
