Mr Stanley made me and my husband day at the dealership an excellent day. He is the best, he is someone you can talk to any time any day.
The people appear to "own" the place. They work together well, and, since buying a car can be stressful, it's important to be in a relaxed environment. I especially value the attention I was given by the salesperson Jake Chen. He is extremely attentive and authentic. I felt like a valued customer for whom it wanted to do well; I didn't feel like a wallet with feet. He works hard to make the experience smooth and efficient. Jason Manos in finance is also very good: intelligent, reliable, and experienced. I just wish this part of the experience could be a little faster: there are so many compliance items. That's not Jason's fault, of course. I just wish it weren't so.
"Honest dealer and that's hard to say"
I went to the dealership to look for a Toyota Sienna. I just came from huntington li toyota and they are crooks there. Fees out of the xxx for everything. Bayridge didn't charge me any fees. List price was what it is. Clear and concise. Ronald the sales guy was very friendly and helpful and kept me posted of new cars coming in. Manager Juan was tough at first but when you get to know him, he's a good person. I bought the perfect car at a great deal. It was nice to know that some dealers won't try to pull a fast one. I would recommend anyone looking for a good certified toyota to come here.
