My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:
I was searching for a vehicle for weeks/months, and I was trying to purchase an item without suffering from a case of buyers remorse.

Bobby was my initial contact and the guy is the definition of genuine. After, speaking with Bobby he took it upon himself to reach to Mohammed his supervisor and the customers floor manager. In short, he did work with me for some pricing reductions---not a lot in considering the margins are low single digits---but good enough where I am pleased. Adam was my PowerBroker, when my stay was approaching "overwelcomed" status he made sure to keep us in motion by reminding his subordinates we weren't finished just yet.

All in all, there was consistancies and follow though with everything discussed quoted and noted. I wanted to not just buy a car but buy a car in the right place from people that were profesionally suited to make an outright purchase from.

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:
My husband and I bought a new '08 Highlander a few months ago and had such a professional, courteous experience that we did not hesitate to return to buy a Certified Pre-Owned '07 Camry. Once again, Adam and his crew deligently answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure we understood every aspect of the sale negotiations. We did not encounter any inquiries that went unanswered and felt very comfortable with our purchase. At the end of the day we went home knowing we got a great vehicle at a great price! Congratulations to Bay Ridge Toyota for having such friendly, qualified salespeople at their dealership!

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:
I had visited Toyota of Bayridge back in December but I wasn't ready to purchase at that time. I promised Chris I would come back in April which I did and recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla S Model. The reason I came back specifically to Chris was because he had such a nice demeanor, patience and professionalism about himself that I truly enjoyed as a customer and I wanted to work specifically with him. I have purchased new and old vehicles prior to this purchase from other dealers and I have to say that this was the most easy going purchase I ever experienced. Chris and his Manager Adam Lika wanted to make sure that I was an extremely happy customer coming out of Toyota. I wanted several things done to my vehicle and they made it happen for me which I really appreciated it. They really care about their customers and it was really great dealing with both of them. When I was leaving Adam said to me "if you need anything for me to call him directly" which is always nice to hear that the relationship doesn't just end with just a purchase. I also enjoyed working with the Financial Manager Michael Schwartz as well. Michael worked extremely diligently on my purchase and also wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer at the end. I would like to thank you three and I'm sure the rest of the team is really nice but I would highly recommend working with Chris and Adam. It's always nice to work with individuals who truly care! Thanks again for my 2009 Toyota Corolla S. I love driving it! Sending customers your way!

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:
Please be aware that Bay Ridge Toyota uses fraudulent tactics with their customers, namely "bait and switch" approach. This dealership is located at 6401 6th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11220. It has the same owner as Toyota of Manhattan and Fordham Toyota. Below is the record of our dealings with them.
The first time we came in we negotiated a deal on a used Toyota Sienna 2005 and paid a deposit. As the negotiations came to a close, they notified us that the car was just bought by someone else and they will find us another just like that. The second time we came there was another car, so we paid a full down payment and a full price of the car by previously obtained financing through our bank. They told us to pick up the car once they have the money. By the way, each visit to the dealership was about 3 hours long as they made us wait for their next decision. 2 days later, once Bay Ridge Toyota received the money, they called us and said that the car had been damaged and is no longer available and suggested that we call every week to check if another car came along - while they are keeping our money. 2 weeks went by with no car (and by the way, dealerships have access to 4 car auctions a week if they need to find a particular car). Then they told us that they will find another vehicle at some point, and will have to reduce the value of our trade-in at their discretion when this happens - effectively changing the pricing of the deal. At this point we understood that we are dealing with criminals and called off the deal. It took a few weeks to get our money back, in the meantime we were stuck with 2 car loans we had to pay.
Our advice - take your business somewhere else.

If the rating went up to 100 that is what I would rate this dealership. The overall attitude of the sales people is unbelievably wonderful. After speaking with Amy on the telephone I went from looking at Honda's to this wonderful dealership and bought my Toyota Camry and simply love it. I would never go anywhere else and I tell everyone who asks where they should go to buy a car. Even after my purchase they have always been helpful with any questions I might have. They are the best.

When I initially walked into the dealership Joe Chen welcomed me with a big smile. He showed me the exact Camry I had been looking for. After he took me on a test drive I decided this was "MY CAR". The whole process was simple and quick.

i have went to toyota to look at the highlander i was greated at the door by a salesman named boris and asked if i wanted a drink and what my name was and what kind of car i was looking for.i was shown aroud the dealership with a tour of parts and sirvis then went on a test drive i was verry happy with the price and would recamend anyone to visit

A scam dealership to stay away form. They post a "price" on the internet which is not really a price - it is the remaining balance after you put down some money (typically they would ask for an amount of $2,995). So add $2,995 to what they call the "price" to arrive at the real number (and then only the real number if you agree to finance).

After visiting a couple of dealers in my area, I went to Bay Ridge Toyota. In this place, nobody cares to sell a car, but in that place, I found Tony Chan. This guy is the only one who really cared. He helped me buy a car from A to Z. If you visit this dealership, I recommend you ask to talk to Tony Chan!! He's honest, friendly, and has great customer service. He's your guy in Bay Ridge Toyota.

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:
I am very surprised at such a reputable company to have such poor customer service skills. When you call expect to be on hold from anywhere between 20-40minutes just to be able to speak to someone. They express to all their customers how they specialize in service of your toyota for at least 2yrs, I have been trying to get my car serviced for the first time for 1 months now.
I would never recommend them to anyone of your freinds, after they sell you a vehicle they have no concern in anything else.
THEY ARE NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL!!!!!!!!
