I agreed to price and purchase terms, sent all my insurance and drivers license. This was towards the end of the day — I was told we would pick it up in the am. Even booked a flight to pick up. After trying to reach out for 3 days I gave up and bought locally. I even talked to someone on the phone that said they were doing the paper work. Won't try Bayside again that's for sure. I forgot the sales persons name, but was talking to Derrick Pendergrass last (when I called the next day someone told me he was doing inventory but my purchase docs were being worked on by them). I talked to four different people over there trying to get this deal to go through. I guess you all got a better sale and just dumped me. Bart Ingram More

I made an appointment at Bayside Ford, King George, VA to determine if they would be willing to match an estimate to reattach a few inside panels on my 2023 Explorer. The panels had been removed by another d determine if they would be willing to match an estimate to reattach a few inside panels on my 2023 Explorer. The panels had been removed by another dealership. About an hour into the visit the Technician (Brandon) asked my wife and I to look at the car. He had replaced the panels I asked about, and fixed an issue with another panel he noticed, and fixed one of the overhead lights. My wife and I expected to make an appointment to return, Brandon saved us time and made our day. We are thrilled with the service and would recommend Bayside because of this experience! More
