Horrible Service Dept. The woman I dealt with just does not care. I asked to be called just so I know if I need to rent a car or not. She never called. Getting close to end of day, I called and she said she would go check and call me back. You guess it, she did not call back. Service dept has horrible customer service skills and they do not care. I cannot possibly recommend to anyone to go to this dealership. More

When they offer you over $1,000 in discounts, they know they've messed up... I brought my car in for 2 minor service repairs, they forgot to do one of them and broke another part while doing the first s they've messed up... Moreover, my car was sitting in their lot for 9 days after my appointment without it being looked at. On top of all of this, they never called to give updates! I 18 days later, over $1,000 in discounts, a free rental car (for the last 3 days after they broke a part), and a free service and they were simply awful. More

They replaced the windshield of the vehicle I was buying and said they would tint the new one since that was how the other one was. They did not follow through with it and would not talk to me about it. Finance rushes through the paperwork and adds extra fees without thoroughly explaining why. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Celia I would not have followed through with buying my car, no matter how much I loved it. I highly recommend dealing with her. More
Had my daughter's 2014 Chrysler towed to Beaman Chrysler because it would not go it over 23MPH and the check engine light was on. Matt called two days later and advised it needed a new transmission and sinc because it would not go it over 23MPH and the check engine light was on. Matt called two days later and advised it needed a new transmission and since they didn't repair, only replace, the cost was going to be $10,000.00. Asked Matt if it was possibly something else, since the car has less than 80,000 miles on it. He said he was positive it was indeed the trans. Decided to try a local transmission shop and have it rebuilt which was told would be half that cost. Went to pick the car up, paid a $230.00 diagnosis fee and believe it or not, the car was driving fine but the check engine light was still on. Transmissions are not something that work sometimes and not other times. Took it to a local transmission shop where they diagnosed it as a faulty speed sensor and said that too would trigger the same diagnosis code as a transmission but a good mechanic would attempt the lesser repair before advising to replace the entire transmission. The repair cost $280.00 and the car is operating perfectly. I have now been waiting 3 days for the Service Director, Tim to return my calls to let him know what happened. BUYER BEWARE who takes a vehicle to Beaman for service. More
The service department at this dealership is ridiculous they are terrible you can have a video of your car acting up but still nothings wrong with it in their eyes. BE CAREFUL CAREFUL HERE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a used truck here a few months back. When i was looking at the truck i noticed the wiring harness hanging down under driver side. I asked wh I bought a used truck here a few months back. When i was looking at the truck i noticed the wiring harness hanging down under driver side. I asked what was this? Sales rep beat around the bush till he told me its LoJac? I said what? I don't want Lojac! I was told you have no choice its comes on all used vehicles. I said i wanted it removed he said he couldn't! What??? I was also told that one nice feature of all their used vehicles is they come with a bumper to bumper used car extended warranty. I was told this numerous times during the conversation and didn't think much about it. Well stupid me.....extended warranties are NOT free yet at this dealership they are AUTOMATICLLY added to your deal. Turns out there are 3 or so choices and I was AUTOMATICLLY assigned the most expensive warranty added to my cost. I discovered all this by looking at how much i was paying for the vehicle because in the finance room the cost was very different than expected. I was trying to figure out all the add ons. NONE were discussed or presented if i wanted to add them they were all AUTOMATICLLY added to cost of vehicle. There was this super expensive warranty (the PLATINUM VERSION) there were costs for lost key protection, added cost for tire protection and cost for paint protection all adding up to several thousands of dollars. All and all i think there was somewhere around $6,000 added not to mention this stupid LOjack for over another $1000. Finace was VERY odd and seemed put out when i asked that i didnt understand all the added costs. With No help i was left to figure it out on my own at the finance desk in his office. Coming for a background in sales this place is the epidemy of "USED CAR SALES" almost a bait and switch technique. This is NOT sales this is NOT above board this is NOT forthcoming and overall this is BAD BUSINESS practices!! Stay away from these people avoid them at all costs. Remind all your friends to be very careful with these types of dealerships. At 63 YO this is by far the worst car buying experience i have every had including buy half dozen vehicles for my kids. Didnt sleep for days after thinking about how this went down. BTW ripped the f........ing LOjac out of my truck and just ate the cost of this stupid tracking device!!! More
