Worst Experience ever Where do I even begin... Bought a 15 Ford escape with 55,000 mile last summer. The first few months were fine. But about 6 months later, while trying Where do I even begin... Bought a 15 Ford escape with 55,000 mile last summer. The first few months were fine. But about 6 months later, while trying to drive on the highway we got stuck going 120mph+ without being able to slow down. Definitely a scary moment. Beau Townsend was able to tow the vehicle to the service department. AFTER A MONTH of them having our car they said we needed to replace the engine which you'd think with only 55,000 miles on it and their supposed 120 point inspection they would catch something, guess not. Luckily the warranty covered it and the tow. However, the first two weeks or so of them having our car we had to get a rental and thought we were covered under warranty. NOT!!! Our service guy Brian said we would get reimbursed but after 5 months still nothing. Even when I called the last time, the female receptionist for the service department told me to not hold my breath on getting reimbursed for my rental. Guess their warranty isn't as true as they say. After nearly a month and a half, we finally got our car back and it was in worse condition than before. The wheel bearing was bad, the battery was dead and the vehicle drove worse than before it broke down. Needless to say it was a death trap. So the next day after getting it back we traded it in to another dealership. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone especially their service department. You'll never get your car back, if you do it'll be in worse shape than before!!!! More

Charged for repair of manufacturer defect Certified Preowned f150 had a smell a short while after we bought it. Dealer cleaned it again. Smell came back. Found out the roof was leaking and headliner was covered in water stains. Called service, they knew exactly what it was, a defect. Took it in for repair, they charged us $87 to fix it and didn’t replace or clean the headliner. I have left 2 voicemails and no returned calls to me. Service guy just said he understood and was sorry and walked away. We have never had such horrible customer service at a dealership. More

Dissatisfied Have a 2016 Ford Fusion within a year had acceleration problems took it in and it was undetectable because it wouldn't do it while they had my car. My car would just loose power and then just go again. I feared being rear ended. The problem ended. Well the problems back and now comes an additional problem with my transmission . So I rent a car, take it to the dealership, to have my paper work misplaced with an apology, when they finally looked at it, they determine they have other Ford Fusions with the same problems which again are undetectable because it won't do it when they have it, so they contact ford motor company and they don't t want to address the concerns. They tell me come get the car there's nothing they can do. So I have a car that's not two years old, that is dangerous, attempted to trade it in but not worth what I own so I'm stuck with a car I'm fearful to drive and no one cares. I bought New and an extended warranty so I felt I covered anything that could go wrong but who would of thought I would end up with this problem and no where to turn. Disappointed new car owner. The worst place to service your vehicle If you are happy with sales people, that's not gonna last long. Wait until you need service and that is gonna be very soon. Took my 2015 ford transit there after I heard a noise in the rear end. They told me they need couple days to diagnose the problem! After couple days called them and they never touched my Van. Although I waited for a week until my appointment time. That's the first thing. Couple days later called again they said that my problem was the rear axle. Gave me an estimation and then I agreed to fix it at the dealership. They said we need 2 to 3 business days to get the parts here. So, I waited three more days but the parts did not get to the dealer yet. One more day, they told me that the problem was not in the rear axle!!!!!!!!! They break down my rear axle after more than a week of holding my van and lied to me that they diagnosed the problem and lied to me about ordering the parts. Now, the problem not in my rear axel. After one more day, they decided that the problem is in the transmission. And the estimation was 8 thousands if they didn't need more parts, which means more than 8 thousands. I decided not to do the repair at the dealership. Talked to them that I am coming to get my van. They make me wait till afternoon. After I drove my van there was a horrible noise that was not before!!!!!!! Came back and talked to the service manager and he test drove it and decided I was right. They took the van back in to the service and worked on it again. The noise was better but the van never came back like I gave it to them. They ruined my rear axel and it still leaking and making noise. Called ford customer service. They told me we have nothing we can do for you as the dealership is not related to ford company!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line, if you have ford you are screwed. And if you need service, don't go to Beau Townsend. More

Service Dept Disrespected my car! Scratched My NEW HUB CAPS Scratched my new hub caps all up! Now they look like crap! Got oil on my car and new floor mats and also when I went in to order paint for my car I no Scratched my new hub caps all up! Now they look like crap! Now when I went wash my car long and behold someone scratched the crap out my door Handel! Touched it all up! Had not had the car a week had go to shop for repair transmission! Not HAPPY ! My first car that I had before this one got taken to chuck Interstate Ford My Car Came Out No Marks No Grease And they took very good care of my car! This was a RUSH JOB! More

They get the work done in a timely fashion and get it right the first time. Everyone we've come in contact with has been fair, friendly, compassionate and professional. They treat us like family. Bobbie Sparks was the Service Rep who took care of our needs for many years. Now that he has moved on to Service Manager, Mike Taylor takes care of us. Ron Burton and Mike Condron handled our last purchase, the process was fast and pleasant. We would never consider going anywhere else to purchase or service our vehicles. More
