The staff were excellent. They were very understanding of the situation I was in with my truck and immediately suggested the ford fusion and I must say I love the vehicle and I will never buy from another dealer again. Josh made me feel welcome. He meet my needs and found me a car that I needed. He was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend your dealership, and tell my friends to look up Josh to help them.
I am afriad that I do not remember the man who worked the financial end of the deal. He was very helpful and help me to fully understand the what came with the cars warranty.
All I have to say is: EXCELLENT SERVICE!

My Review of Beau Townsend Ford:
We rated Beau Townsend Ford great for two reasons - the Product and the Sales Professional (Joe Petty).

Ford has done a great job the last few years cleaning up their product line, producing cars that people want and making the Blue Oval a sign of quality. I drive a 2011 Edge. I've had it for almost a year and it has been absolutely problem free. It's a great vehicle, and our plan right now is to buy another one next year when the lease on my wife's car (Sorento) is up. Now we've added a 2010 Focus that is in immaculate condition. I'm pretty sure we'll be very happy with it over the next several years.

Our relationship with Joe goes back 10 years and now four different vehicles (2 new Muranos, a used Dodge and now the 2010 Focus). Bottom line, Joe gives the term "car salesman" a good name. He's personable, friendly, knows what he's doing and goes out of his way to help figure out what you want and what you need. He makes the buying process easy. I'm in industrial sales (Dow Chemical) and know what it takes to be a competent sales professional. Joe embraces all of those qualities.

Many thanks to the team at Beau Townsend. First class. We'll be back....

My Review of Beau Townsend Ford:
Justin Jacobs, Jamie Spencer & Tim Peffley all worked as a team to make the sale.

Kevin Berger was very professional and completed the documentation in a very straight forward manner.

Jeanine Bussard did a great job in the internet pricing and Beau Townsemd was only one of three internet dealer responses that actually gave me prices as requested.
I sent requests to 6 different dealers and three sent me MSRP's (not what I asked for)

Not one person made the sale but as a team they were successfull.

Beau townsend was not the best price but had what I wanted.

The whole trade in and car buying experience went super smooth. I've never had a turn around on a trade in and buy go so easily. The trade in price was good and the cost of my new vehicle was where I needed it to be. Minimal time was spent at the dealership.

My Review of Beau Townsend Ford:
Selection was great. After the fact, I believe I did not get a fair price and paid more than I should have. I received the $2K retail customer cash discount and $750 discount, did not get the $1K FX4 luxury package discount and $1K premium discount package. Lesson learned on my end. Lastly with previously owning Chevrolet and Toyota, I thought all trucks came with some type of bed liner. Apparently Ford does not. Would have been nice to know or even had the option to buy from Beau Townsend.
