After dropping my vehicle for service and minor warranty work, several days passed and I received very little communication from the service department. When I was finally notified and I went to pick it up, work, several days passed and I received very little communication from the service department. When I was finally notified and I went to pick it up, I noticed the headliner around the overhead console and the drivers door sill was very dirty. I showed it to the service writer who didn't seem to give it a lot of concern. When I got home I called and spoke to Carol Mahanes-after explaining what happened she set me an appointment to have my vehicle detailed. I also received a call back from Justin Dowling who assured me this would be corrected. When I dropped my vehicle, Mike (at Auto Spa) asked specifically what was wrong, again assuring me it would be corrected. Austin Schultz was my detail technician and he did a phenomenal job on my vehicle-likely the cleanest it's been since new. I was initially very disappointed with my service as I had never experienced this at Beck, but all involved made it right and made sure I was happy. I left as a continued loyal customer. This type of customer service is a rare commodity these days and the Beck team hit this one out of the park!! More

I had THE BEST experience purchasing my vehicle! I found the vehicle online and sent an inquiry. I had some questions about the vehicle and he immediately texted me answers, additional information, the Car Fax report, and even sent a video of the vehicle to show me the answers to my questions. There were other vehicles at closer locations that I was also interested in, however, Jacob is the reason I made the 1.5 hour drive from Jacksonville to Palatka. Once I got there, I could not have been more impressed! Jacob was so wonderful to work with; he was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of information that I hadn’t even thought to ask. He made the entire process comfortable and very easy. Shane McBay, the Finance Manager, was great to work with also! He was attentive in listening to my needs and understood my goals with cost and payments. Shane was able to answer all of my questions, and he taught me quite a bit about the different values of down payments, monthly payments, APRs, and care and maintenance. The entire process from start to finish was really comfortable, effortless, and very enjoyable! To anyone who’s buying their first vehicle all the way to their last vehicle, I recommend working with Jacob and Shane and buying at Beck. If you’re not sure and on the fence, jump off and just go!
