My experience Beck Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was the worst experience I have had! I have had minor things that happen in the past, but never to this degree. This vehicle was purchase brand new with an extende experience I have had! I have had minor things that happen in the past, but never to this degree. This vehicle was purchase brand new with an extended warranty. The service I was given was POORLY! I had to reach out to 2 other staff that take care things when problem occurs. I understand taking your vehicle to get repairs require patients sometimes but this was over the top. Paying for a extended warranty not being able to get a rental to the next morning is ridiculous! And to say sorry their is nothing else I can do! Larry the driver was very KIND! More
