2021 392 with rear locker light coming on - intermittently! A little history: April 9,2026: same condition, repaired by Beck replacing solenoid. An extended warranty covered it. NOW th intermittently! A little history: April 9,2026: same condition, repaired by Beck replacing solenoid. An extended warranty covered it. NOW they want $185 diagnostic fee up front - NO! Made appointment 7/21/26, it sat from 8:20 to 3:15. They were waiting for the light to come on, which of course it didn't. I showed them (Brooks then Dustin) a recent phone video of the light coming on. They want the vehicle in the lot when the light comes on so they can plug it into the diagnostic. Didn't happen. I bought a blue tooth code reader and in several days the light only came on 2x and the code reader didn't get any codes! SO, my expensive vehicle is malfunctioning and I've got to figure it out. I have an extended warranty and recent repair for the same thing happening, with a 2 year warranty on the repairs. Justin was on vacation. Dustin was overwhelmed and busy. Brooks is new and inexperienced. Jeep Customer service was no help. I can appreciate they would like to see live the light, but my patience has run out as I can't cause the light to come on - and the intermittent lock up of my rear differential may be damaging the rear end. Lastly I live 1/2 hr away and I don't come into Palatka daily... More
