Poor communication every day my truck was there I have to call to verify if anything was being done they kept it for three days half of the issues were not resolved they claimed did they contacted my warrant call to verify if anything was being done they kept it for three days half of the issues were not resolved they claimed did they contacted my warranty and the work was denied I called my warranty they said the claim was never met made in the past I have took my vehicle there they have done little damage to it so I gave him the benefit of the doubt this last time but the end result was poor I will never take my vehicle back there for service or purchase a vehicle from them More

Worst service department ever!. I get there to my appointment my advisor Franny is to busy doing her make up to help me. A young man that is training helps me. I leave to go to work. I DONT hear back from Franny or anyone all morning. I text at 12 no answer. I call at 2 and after being on hold for about 5 minutes Franny gets on the phone and tells me they are just now pulling in my vehicle. She tells me I should hear from her in 1 hour. Never heard back from her. I do text and call for updates. She's to busy to take my call and never replies to messages.. I call at 4 and someone tells me she will call me back. She has the man that was training call me at 5:05 to tell me the warranty department is closed and they can't work on my vehicle till Monday when they are open. I ask to speak to a supervisor. Josh I believe was his name tells me he apologizes "someone dropped the ball" they knew what was wrong with my vehicle since 11am. He told me that Franny was supposed to call the warranty at 11 when she received the diagnostic from the technician. She never did. So then I'm stuck with my vehicle not being fixed. There was nothing done to my car. I was needing a oil change, cabin filter change, air filter and a flush. They had my vehicle all day and didn't do a single thing to it. WORST experience ever. I will NEVER take my car there again nor will I purchase a car there. This dealership has lost my business. I think they really need to train their employees to follow through with the customers request from start to finish. They also need to learn how to provide good customer service. I knew it was going to be a disaster the moment I walked in and the advisor I was scheduled with was to busy to help me because she was putting on her make up. I asked to speak to Manny and he couldn't talk to me either because it was his last day. More

Scheduled 7am oilchange tirerotation and two warranty issues....terrible communication and did not do oilchange or tirerotation. Will avoid Beck and Masten South if possible. The warranty issues were not really issues at all, matter of programming. Vehicle went in on 7 AM on Friday morning and we picked it up at 1 o’clock Saturday afternoon with nothing completed. It was not even looked at until 10 AM Saturday morning so it’s up all day Friday with nothing being done More
