What is the purpose of an appointment? Had a 9am and my truck was finished 2 1/2 hours later for just an oil change - no tire rotation - no wash either. The worst customer experience every and I’m not Exa truck was finished 2 1/2 hours later for just an oil change - no tire rotation - no wash either.
