Since the trans problem was something common to 8 sp, it should have been covered under a recall or known issue. Never will I purchase a vehicle or use this dealership for maintenance in the future. Three days and a fee for a software update that disabled my vehicles power steering. Horrible!!! I waited over 3 hrs for a tire rotation and oil.change. The manager wasn't any help since it took the over an hour to inform me that they were out of the oil for my vehicle and it was being d oil.change. The manager wasn't any help since it took the over an hour to inform me that they were out of the oil for my vehicle and it was being delivered, bad customer service. They lost the key to my wheel locks so they had to break the one's on my tire and replace them with new ones. Miss Sanchez very helpful compared to the rest of the staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that location. More
