Takes forever to get a service agent to call you back, while they hold your car hostage. She left me a message that my car had been diagnosed and asked me call call back. Extremely unsatisfied with their service. Service specialist said she had called and left a voice mail to tell me my truck was ready. Come to find out I had take my number wrong so she didn’t call me specialist said she had called and left a voice mail to tell me my truck was ready. Come to find out I had take my number wrong so she didn’t call me. Once arrived to pick up my truck I was told it was just a programming issue and it had been take care of. As I was driving to my next destination The display warning came back on. I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with the service representative or the manager in charge neither one of them return my call until an hour later. I had to turn around and take my truck back and I was told I needed some type of sensor. I ended up paying for the sensor and as I got back on my truck the display came back on. I was told now that I need new brake pads but my break pads we’re still good another reason that they needed to be change was because the sensor was change. All this caused me to lose not only time but customers I was supposed to see. More

I will not EVER return to the Dealership to do business again ! That was the first and last time. I bought my truck in for a recall issue (Airbag) and asked could the technician check another issue and let again ! That was the first and last time. I bought my truck in for a recall issue (Airbag) and asked could the technician check another issue and let me know. I had to call the following afternoon, after a few attempts I was finally able to reach my service advisor . She informed me that recall issue was fixed . But it was found that the positive and negative cables was sending high voltage to the starter and to replace them the cost would be $1000.00. I told her I would get right back to her. Made attempts to contact her but was never able to reach her. Showed up first thing the following morning to pick up my vehicle and seems she had an attitude. About 20 minutes after leaving with my truck I noticed the airbag light was on. Called back to let my advisor know she informed me that they would have to Diagnose the problem and the cost would be $ 170.00 (are serious) I will not anything) then she puts me on hold, comes back to the phone and tell me to just bring the truck in they will look at it. No communication, bad attitude just all around bad experience ! More
