Mark is great! Service department is awful! They didn’t put air in my tires, check my battery and probably didn’t rotate my tires. I had a front light out, however Service department is awful! They didn’t put air in my tires, check my battery and probably didn’t rotate my tires. I had a front light out, however not sure if it was out when I was there. At this point I have lost confidence in your service department. My tires were all at 28. When my light came on I was thankful for a neighbor. Then I got stranded in a park with my special needs daughter at night. So much for your nine point inspection. Had to be towed. Got a jump and took it to Bob summeral and the battery failed the test. They were also supposed to resink my clock. That didn’t happen either. I had the Bob S fix it when they replaced my battery. Not Happy! More
