Belk Ford a is a great place to buy a car or truck, my Salesman was Camron Halbert a great young man who took the time with me to go over all the details and show me how everything worked. Even after I left the dealership I had to call and go back and ask him questions and he was more than glad to go over and help me again showing me what I needed to know. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.!!!

I have not had this vehicle for 6 months yet! It has broken down on me twice already. Belk supposed to have "fixed" and "ran full service" on the vehicle and a"service report shows" THEM NOT ME that they did. Fun how I didn't get the "service report" but made sure they did to cover their tracks. They sent me home in a vehicle that was NOT CLEANED INSIDE OR OUT DATE OF Purchase. AS I GET IN THE VEHICLE to drive away, dealer tells me then I must push the key in with force to crank it and turn the air condition to the "snow flake and eventually it will cool off" AC never cooled off. One day it makes noise and smokes, Belk reports it's the "programming" and it's "fixed" 4/2022. They didn't "FIX" AC or ignition switch. Tell me it will have to come out of my pocket to "fix" the vehicle. Two weeks after getting the vehicle back, breaks started making a sound and have got worse. 2nd time around, vehicle won't crank and Belk Ford says the cost will come out of my pocket! Disappointed and taken advantage of! Two dealerships denied fix it, said Belk Ford should stand behind their supposedly creditable name most dealerships would and do sad Belk Ford doesn't.
