I am in the market for a new car however I won’t be buying a car from Bell Honda. The general sales manager (Luis Becerra) is adamant that the dealer adds ons will be added to the car no matter what. buying a car from Bell Honda. The general sales manager (Luis Becerra) is adamant that the dealer adds ons will be added to the car no matter what. His words to me, “This isn’t Burger King, and you can’t have it your way”. These add ons are nothing more than a way to increase the dealer profit margin. I get that but when a customer doesn’t want window tint and the other stuff they want to put on the car then they should listen to the customer. It’s clear they don’t care what the customer wants. I’ll be buying my new car at a dealership that doesn’t take that attitude. More
