I was on the internet looking for a trade value for my vehicle. I do like to own my cars for a while and hopefully just before the wheels fall off. In this case the wheels beat me to it as I had a serious vehicle. I do like to own my cars for a while and hopefully just before the wheels fall off. In this case the wheels beat me to it as I had a serious engine problem on my trade in. It was a Saturday and I was contacted by Scott Collins after my inquiry, very nice unassuming and not pushy at all. We made a soft appointment for the next day, I was non committal and Scott was just fine with that. I had found 2 vehicles in the inventory I had an interest in, looked test drove and selected one of them. I did not have my trade vehicle with me and I gave them a VIN and described the vehicle they way it was. They gave me a very fair amount for the trade (SIGHT UNSEEN) and we worked out the financing from there. There was a little bit of reconditioning that needed to be done on the vehicle I selected plus my trade had to be towed in so we finalized the transaction 2 days later. Scott kept me informed on what was going on on both days. We were to pick up our new (to us) SUV on Tuesday. Tuesday came, I was concerned that the numbers would change, but they did not. The deal was exactly what we agreed to. Elmo Ortiz (Finance Manager) was also very nice and not pushy as well. I must say the experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi was very easy, pleasurable and efficient. I highly recommend Scott Collins and Elmo Ortiz at Bell Rd Mitsubishi. More
