Exceptional service.More than satisfied I was very upset at the way my E350 was driving. Since i was used to driving Mercedes for the last 17 years, I really felt that engine and the change I was very upset at the way my E350 was driving. Since i was used to driving Mercedes for the last 17 years, I really felt that engine and the change of gears did not happen as smoothly as i expected Mercedes to be. All the diagnostics cam back fine yet i was not happy.. So I consulted with Tim and he arranged the Technician Terry Drive with me to understand my gripe. I have to tell you when Terry completed the service and i got back the car, I was just so thrilled and i am really enjoying the drive for the first time after so many months. Benzel should be proud to have Technicians like Terry. I cant thank enough for making my ride so enjoyable.and flawless. Great Job! More
