THE WORST. Sold me a r350 that spent no less than 4 months in the shop with various issues. Dealership made to attempt to remedy my situation. Rented me a camry. Liars. Downright thieves. Promised to pay for some of the payments while the car was undriveable. Never did. But did try to use the issue to sell me a new car. After we decided to purchase a ML350 we started a quotation online. Michael send me all the information we needed and with a very competitive price. However, after talking with a few local dealers we were very upset and felt like we wasted our time. Some dealerships have "online promotion department" but they are talking totally different languages from the real sales person that you meet at the dealership. The excitement of buying a new car turned into a angry argument with the local dealers. Michael, on the other hand, is beyond our expectation. He worked hard with us to make sure we get all the information we need before our visit and when we were in his office the brand new car is waiting for us! We paid the price as we discussed previously and then the only thing left is to take this new baby home. The very next day Michael called me to make sure I'm happy with everything.
