My Review of Berkenkotter Motors:
My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Berkenkotter motors in Parker. Scott and Diann, the two that run this lot, were rude, short and VERY UNfriendly to my family and I. We were nothing but nice and curteous to them, constantly apologizing for keeping them later than closing, but no respect in return. FYI, if you have young children, DO NOT GO HERE! They are NOT kid friendly, or adult friendly for that matter. We bought a nice truck from them, we gave them OUR money. The least they could have done was be nice to us and show us respect. We got nothing but a sinking feeling after buying our truck because we felt they didn't deserve our money. I would not recommend buying from this particular Berkenkotter.

My Review of Berkenkotter Motors:
I went to look at a truck traveling from another state and the truck was not as described, not even close. It was in terrible shape, I didn't think it would even make it around the block on the test drive! They were incredibly rude and were offended that I wanted to have a local dealer take a look at the vehicle. Red flag! They wouldn't even offer to call me a cab! I am completely shocked by their unprofessionalism, they are the epitome of a bad bad used car dealer.

If you want an unreliable, abused truck, by all means, shop here!

My Review of Berkenkotter Motors:
I have purchased 2005 Acura MDX from Berkenkotter Motors in Brighton and Castle Rock Colorado used car dealer. As soon as I drove home, I found that there is oil leak not from oil pan or oil drain plug. Oil was all over under chasis and I carefully inspected and I found out that it was there for a long time. The oil leak was slow and cumulating on the under chasis cover and overflowing from there. It will take while to cummulate and over flow from the cover. I took it to the dealer told him about the problem and they don't deny the problem. But they don't want to refund the money since vehicle is sold "AS IS". So I look up what "AS IS" meant, it says it does not shield dealer from mis-leading or mis-representing to make sale. Clearly, they knew about the problem, but they decided not to tell me the problem existed.

I have requested to cancel the contract as soon as I found out and so far, they are refusing to do so.
