My family and I went to Nissan in the hopes of purchasing a "new" vehicle and everyone seemed to be to busy to even welcome us. We walked through the entire show room including the used vehicles. Recommending unnecessary work, and replacing parts that don’t need replacing. Telling that brakes needed replacing, when the brakes were replaced 6 months earlier. I have found Mid City to be very professional and thorough in their dealings with me. They have communicated quite extensively every time I have been to their service department and made sure I under thorough in their dealings with me. That helped me build trust with their team. The manager of the department ( I think his name is Tony) runs a tight ship and keeps his staff on their toes to make sure the customer receives what he or she needs.If you go to a service department and the floors look clean that tells me something about the pride the staff feels for their work place. I know most of the comments people send in are negative as happy people do not take the time to comment so I felt it was necessary to tell people of my happiness with Mid City.
