My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed during the sales process. When I went to pick up my new car the whole purchase was reviewed, we went through the car so I felt comfortable driving home, and he showed me where to go when I take my car in for service work. It was nice to see and have a dealership so open with their customers.

Fantastic customer service. Comfortable buying experience. Worked with me to get me the right car and a great price! From walking into the dealership and being greeted to driving my new car off the lot they were professional, friendly, and thorough. I never felt pressure, just informed.

I can't say enough about Bernardi Toyota of Framingham!
After a bad experience with a Toyota Dealer much closer to home, a friend mentioned the GREAT experience he had at Bernardi Toyota. I was really just about ready to give up with Toyota, but decided to check Bernardi out, and give Toyota one last chance.From my first step through the front door at Bernardi, I was simply taken away from everybodys courtesy and attention.And this is even before they even knew why I was there. For all they knew, I could have been there to ask for directions! From Sales, to Financing the service was EXCELLENT! From first stepping in , to picking up my new vehicle the day after, I had only positive things to say about everyone there. There is nothing negative to say about Bernardi Toyota. They really really really made me feel like part of the TOYOTA family, and proud of it! THANK YOU BERNARDI!

We purchased a new Toyota Highlander and it was BY FAR the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced! My husband spoke with Ammar about a bad experience that we had had just days earlier at a different dealership. Ammar listed to everything we had to say and he walked away and came back with a sheet of paper with the numbers all printed out and itemized. My husband glaced over it and immediately put out his hand to shake hands with Ammar. It was that easy! Ammar had listed and had delivered a price that we were more than happy with. He is personable, honest, thorough, and he truly listed to what we were asking for. I just picked up our new car today and I'm thrilled. Ammar went over all the details of the vehicle, transferred the plates, showed me all around the dealership, and I feel that I will be in very capable and qualified hand when I bring in my car for future oil changed and maintenance. Thanks, Ammar, for a wonderful car buying experience!

My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
Ammar Al-aghawani is a fantastic salesman and gentleman. He was extremely forthright as to pricing, and did not attempt to play any games with me. Ammar answered all of my questions this made me feel comfortable and ready to buy a car.
This was the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealership. I would certainly purchase another car from Ammar and Bernardi. Let me also add that Nathalie Farah was great, she was excellent. Taking care to help me understand everything about completing the paper work. My entire experience at Bernardi shows how a dealer can be honest and upfront and deliver the car at a competitive price without horse trading. I did not have to kick the tires. Thanks for the excellent service Ammar and Nathalie.

My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
My experience at Bernardi Toyota was simply phenomenal. I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla LE at a very good price compared to the 8 other dealerships I checked within the same few days. Ammar, the salesperson, was a very friendly guy who worked very efficiently and answered all of my questions with a good sense of humor. I did not feel intimated or pressured to buy the car, but rather, Ammar was able to sell me the car simply from his professional, yet flexible manner of fulfilling my requests and answering my questions - this made me feel comfortable and ready to buy the car. This was the fastest that I have ever walked into a car dealership, test driven a vehicle, negotiated a price, and finally purchased the vehicle. John Mansour was the sales manager who was also a very friendly person to work with and was very straightforward and open to listen to me when negotiating the price. In the future, I plan to come back to Bernardi to buy cars and I would highly recommend others interested in Toyotas to try Bernardi if they want top notch customer service.

Jeff is a fantastic salesman. we've dealt with him twice and he's smart, knowledgeable and responsive. Jeff knows his makes, models, and the options they come with. John is the sales manager and also a pleasure to work with. Both times, we negotiated fair prices for our vehicles.

The people at Bernardi Toyota are all very helpful. I recommend them highly!

My Review of Bernardi Toyota Scion:
Everyone was helpful, direct, straightforward, and made me feel they wanted to work to get me a fair deal. I am extremely pleased with the prius. When I brought in my Rav 4 for servicing, (had only had it since Oct. 07) I just wanted to look at the prius to compare. After conversations with the salesman and several rides, without pressure, I knew that I wanted the prius. All my questions were answered. The salesman took care of all the details, thoroughly went over all features and went beyond what I expected in the way of service. Everyone I spoke with, whether briefly or at length, was friendly and upbeat. I have always felt the service dept at Bernardi was the best from having three other Toyota vehicles serviced here. I drive from over an hour away to be serviced. A great team at Bernardi!

our sales rep was very kind and helpfull. the dealership however sold us the car with out telling us first they did not have the title at time of purchase if it was not for our sales rep we would have refused the sale and gone somewhere else. He even took the extra time out to deliver the car even tho we were just buying used.
