Best Chevrolet

I was a customer at best Chevrolet in NOLA. I had a few issues while my truck was in possession of best Chevrolet. First one was resolved with a replaced mirror because they damaged my mirror t I had a few issues while my truck was in possession of best Chevrolet. First one was resolved with a replaced mirror because they damaged my mirror the last time my truck was in the shop and no employee would claim they did it. For over two months consecutively best Chevrolet had my truck over the past 6 months for the same reason. The last time was this past two weeks and on Monday I got an alert from my LoJack App on my truck that my truck was on the move which was good because I know they needed to do a test drive before releasing my truck. Then I get notification that my truck was back at best Chevrolet after the morning test drive. Then I get another notification that my truck is park in a neighborhood about 10 min from Best Chevrolet for over 45 min. My truck was parked at this location which I have screenshots of all the locations my truck took that day. When I get to best Chevrolet I talk with the manager and he did confirm with Jeff Ott that he did take my truck home for his lunch break. Which is not what I agreed to when I dropped my truck off with Best Chevrolet. If that’s how they conduct business and use customers property I think people need to know about. More

Service department has damaged my truck and others the same day I picked mine up and had my truck over 25 days 4 different drop offs and problem was still not fixed. They damaged my mirror I have emailed and still no call yet. Same day I picked up my truck the Service agent told me that another car drove off today after getting tires rotated. The tire came off because the service department never bolted the tires back on causing severe damage to the vehicle. The second time I dropped my truck off for the same problem the service tech said now they really xxxxed it up. I have never gotten a phone call with updates on my truck. I really don’t want to bring my truck back to this dealership because what do they say? The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and getting the same result and that’s what I’m getting with them. But also this job is warranted and I paid out-of-pocket the first time they thought it was something and turns out that wasn’t even even the problem. Also, they damaged my mirror, so I’m waiting on them to reach out about that. I sent an email to my Service agent who has been assigned to me this whole time and I emailed two of the Service leaders the day I picked up my truck Friday of last week two hours after pick up the light come back on and that was after they had my truck for 16 days. I would never recommend this place and sad thing is it’s not just my truck they are messing up. More

My wife found a 23 Corvette I had been very much interested in at this dealer. I must say from my first call with Brant the Sales Mgr. to his brother Jay the finance person. The whole buying process lasted about 10 minutes or so on the phone and a deal was reached. I traded in a 23 Corvette and felt the Trade offer was good. I did pay over MSRP on the car but that is to be expected. When I went to pick the car up at the dealership it was a great experience!!!! All the staff was great, and they me feel very welcomed. This was an online purchase, so I drove my trade down. So in closing if you want a great car buying experience I would go to this Dealership. After wrapping up the deal on the phone, I asked Brant did he know where the best gumbo was and he got me some upon arrival. Once again a 10 out of 10 If I need another vette I will call these guys and girls again More

Terrible, no quality control, only interested in making a sale. Will never recommend this business to anyone. I was told by the manager that because they’re car detailing is done by 3rd party contractors tha sale. Will never recommend this business to anyone. I was told by the manager that because they’re car detailing is done by 3rd party contractors that they do not take the same ownership therefore if they cause damage or see existing damage they may or may not notify anyone. With this said, I got a truck with a broken lower front grill and dented chrome bumper since I didn’t notice it. It was notice 15 minutes after I left the dealership. They did agree to make the repairs and set me up with a loner (the only plus of the experience). They kept the truck right at a month so the free trial for OnStar was over before got a chance to use. I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life and never experienced anything like this. Beware, if you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them better do a thorough inspection before driving off!! I should have known better the last Chevy I owned was over 30 years ago, while I liked the vehicle the service at the dealership was horrible (it was not Beet Chevrolet). I guess they are all the same. This will be my last Chevy!! More

Horrible customer service! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for a short while without service. I mentioned that I was in the same line that I was in the last time that I visited, but she mentioned that the person who handles oil changes was on their lunch break. As she walked away she said to another employee that she had a customer with an attitude problem. I retorted that I was a paying customer and I deserved respect. After she indicated her lack of deference, I told her that I was going to a different business for service. She was happy that she had lost a customer. ***Poor customer service; ***lack of respect for the people who pay her bills. ***A lack of business understanding. It doesn't matter who she is by name, this is Best Chevrolet's attitude in general. I have no kind words for them at this moment in time. More

If you think several thousand dollars in non-negotiable, worthless dealer add-ons is a good deal, then Best Chevrolet is the dealer for you. If you prefer to go to a dealership that respects and doesn't tak worthless dealer add-ons is a good deal, then Best Chevrolet is the dealer for you. If you prefer to go to a dealership that respects and doesn't take advantage of its customers, go elsewhere. I did. More

We visited 6 Chevrolet dealerships in the central Florida area. Ferman in Tarpon Springs was by far a standout! Not only was their price the best, but Chase, the sales manager and Tracy our salesman were area. Ferman in Tarpon Springs was by far a standout!
