Very good service experience over three visits in the last three weeks. First visit was for routine oil change maintenance. Amy got me checked in and updated me while I waited at the dealership. Once c last three weeks. First visit was for routine oil change maintenance. Amy got me checked in and updated me while I waited at the dealership. Once completed, the check out process was quick and the vehicle was waiting for me in the arrival bay. My second stop was for a quick recall repair, (the parts arrived after the service visit). Once again I was checked in quickly by Cam and the vehicle was completed and cleaned in under an hour. Cam kept me updated during the process and everything was repaired correctly. My third stop involved a loose piece of trim on the roof rack. Joey checked the vehicle in, verified the issue, and got it to the tech in good time. Once the needed repair was verified, the part was ordered and replaced on the car a couple of days later. The whole issue took a little over an hour total to resolve. Joey was helpful, kept me informed, and was great to work with. I know it seems like a lot of work in a few short weeks, but other than the oil change, the other issues were minor and just required some wait time for parts. Our Jeep Wagoneer has been very reliable, and is great on our long road trips! The Bettenhausen team has been great since purchase and I have been very happy with service we receive. More
